These guys are the best, Julio was professional, on time, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I received quotes from about 10 other companies and was very relieved to have found Chevez HVAC. Can't recommend more.

Chevez HVAC came out during bad weather for same day service. Fixed my furnace very quickly and haven’t had any problems since. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely trust them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from this business. Julio charged me a service fee twice for the same issue and was very unprofessional. He made several appointments with me and then failed to show up. Each time he did not come by as promised, he didn't even have the courtesy to call or text to let me know he wasn't coming. If you want professional service, you definitely don't want to contact this business.

My husband and I highly recommend Chevez HVAC! We lost air conditioning in middle of heat wave 98F in College Park MD. Chevez HVAC came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor on our 35 year old Lennox AC heat pump. Elizabeth is wonderful, reliable, accurate and very professional! Elizabeth explained that the repairman had several customers ahead of us but that he would contact us that same day, which he did. Julian, the repair man, is knowledgeable, skilled, very quick and very polite. I cannot imagine using anyone except Chevez HVAC in the future.

I was recommended Chavez HVAC by my regular hvac people to do specialized duct work. At first I was told that they’d call me back with an appointment time. When I did not receive a call back I reached out again for an appointment. I was given a day that they would come, but they never showed up. After no showing the admin told me that she would talk to her boss to find a time to reschedule. She again never called back so I reached out again to determine if they were interested in the job. I was again told that she would talk to her boss. After a week of not hearing back, I called a final time and was told that her boss had told her that he would do the job but could not tell me what day or week, but would call when he was on his way

Julio was very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I received mini spit install. He was able to add my job when another company had failed to do the work. Everything was done in a time manner I would highly recommend them to assist anyone else. I will definitely use them to service both my place as well as my rentals.

The A/C capacitor went bad in the early evening hours yesterday (a 100 degree day). So I contacted CHEVEZ HVAC this morning, and they sent out an HVAC technician just over 90 minutes after I called. My A/C was repaired quickly, and I'm very happy with the service that was provided.

This isn't the first time CHEVEZ looked at the A/C unit. I was equally satisified with the prior service and will be contacting CHEVEZ again in the fall to check out the furnace before the winter season begins.

Amazing service. The team is very customer service oriented and extremely knowledgeable. We had scheduled routine maintenance, then encountered a problem which made our HVAC system inoperable. When arrival of the technician was delayed due to a took-longer-than-expected prior service call, the Chevez office called to alert us. The technician arrived in due course and identified a problem which required a replacement part not immediately available. He came back first thing the next morning with the replacement part in-hand, quickly fixed the system, then completed the routine maintenance. All was done professionally, and with considerable care.
