I am a repeat customer of MEVM Construction. Three years ago this company installed a large flagstone patio in our backyard. Last year, they installed a flagstone front walkway for us. The quality of the masonry infrastructure is solid and the flagstone design and installation are excellent and holding up well. We continually receive compliments on the finished design work. My wife is very happy and describes it as a work of art.

Mike Medrano kept us informed of the work schedule and the crew worked timely under his and his father’s direction for the masonry and stonework. We received quality, artisan work at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

I knew I needed work on my chimney because the house smelled like BBQ when it rained hard. I kept putting repairs off until a tree limb fell and crunched a chimney cap. MEVM repaired the new and old damage. The house no longer smells like I'm smoking meat when it rains.

Miguel and his crew worked not only quickly, but carefully. We replaced a garage door lintel, and we also needed mortar repointing in a flagstone sidewalk and front steps, chimney work and miscellaneous repointing around the house. All of this was completed over three full back-to-back days—very convenient—and everything looks fantastic. The degree of finish in the work is outstanding. All of this AND a thorough cleanup afterwards! I’d give six stars if I could. Thank you!

Maycol and his team did a great job repairing our chimney and making our fireplace functional! They helped us repair bricks on top of our chimney and inside of our fireplace. They also removed our mantle and made the fireplace look really nice afterwards. We'll be putting up a new mantle later.

Great guys and great work

Jesryn Construction has been and will continue to be my go to for all household improvement needs. They’ve redone walls in my basement, they’ve redone my deck, and have done several other jobs around the house. They are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and will help explain stuff to you of what they need to do to get the job finished. 100% recommend.

Julio has now done 5 or 6 jobs for us (patio, deck, firepit, finished basement, and roof work). He is a jack of all trades and all his work has been impeccable. I trust he always gives us a fair price and is very responsive and communicative while the project is going on. There is not another company I will go to for anything before talking to him.

We contacted Julio at Jesryn General Construction after discovering leaks in our roof. His team was quick to offer a patch and moved efficiently to replace the entire roof just weeks after our initial call. We also hired them to fix the interior water damage (repairing drywall and painting) and complete several other projects, including painting our exterior siding and replacing old window trim. Julio's crew was punctual, fast, and delivered high-quality work at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Unreliable. Made contact about a $20k+ job. Spent time communicating issue and sending pics. Was told we would schedule a visit this past week, sent several text messages when I received no communication and received no reply to any of them. If a contractor doesn't return your calls at the beginning, does not bode well should you engage in a job and something happens...they just ghost you.

Sigh - Read the response. Why can’t folks take responsibility for their poor behavior and not lie to cover their faults? Never once did they say they didn’t repair other contractor issues. Actually the opposite was stated to include offering to visit the following week. At no point was this job hinging on the court case because I haven’t even filed yet. I told him I was suing the contractor but he didn’t mention that I’m selling the home in a year and I wanted this repaired before then. He also doesn’t tell you that he called me right after I posted my review to which I stated I didn’t have time to be bothered. He called back and left a nasty message on my voicemail then I blocked his number. Again, beware.

Julio and his workers were very friendly, professional, and affordable. They converted our window into a door with some steps and finished in just 3 days! We will definitely be using them again for future renovations.
