Julio Lopez and his team have completed several projects for me. The first was renovation of a previous workshop addition to my home. They basically gutted the 22 x 12 room, installed insulation, drywall, lighting and a gas fireplace, creating a new master bedroom. Later, they installed a deck at the rear of the home. Finally, they helped prepare the home for sale ... power washing, painting inside and out, repairing mortar on retaining walls and foundation, replacing kitchen and bathroom fixtures, roofing, and addition of exterior lighting. They cleaned and repaired mortar on woodburning fireplace and chimney. Julio and his team were flexible, addressing additional issues as they arose and responding to specific requests. They were patient in explaining each step when I asked questions and making smart recommendations to address issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Jesryn!

Alfonso and his crew are very professional, always on time, if not earlier, hard working, dedicated to making sure you’re more than satisfied, kind, affordable, I can go on. I had them do a few things for me; my walkway, patio, back door area. I’m looking forward to doing my driveway. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Alfonso and his team did an amazing job on our patio project. The work was done carefully and with good workmanship. It included some concrete replacement, digging out the old patio and replacing with bluestone and rock to provide better drainage. He rebuilt the garden boxes to my specifications (I haven't filled with soil yet- not part of his tasks). The work also included creating the door opening in the wall. The price was fair and somewhat less than other firms. We are very happy and we would highly recommend Alfonso.

Quality work, responsive, finished earlier than the estimated, cleaned up after their work. Workers are very respectful and friendly. Highly recommended! I hired ALS for waterproofing my basement and installing a new concrete driveway. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.The waterproofing job was thorough and effective; I haven't experienced any leaks since. The concrete driveway looks fantastic and was completed efficiently. Both projects were done on schedule, and the team maintained a clean worksite.Communication was excellent, and the pricing was fair and transparent. We hired Alfonso and his team to fill in a cut on our driveway and pour a flagstone front walkway. They did a fantastic job! They were on time, met the schedule and fairly priced. Alfonso provided great communication, made sure to understand my concerns and followed up with me daily! Couldn't ask for a better contractor to work with - we will definitely hire him again!
