The admin. in the Upper Marlboro location on Friday, December 1st at 3 pm was extremely rude and hung up on me, then sent me to voicemail.

They are typically as slow as molasses running uphill, today I was lucky and was in and out in 25 mins.

Slow service and employees don't act as if they care to work there. This wasn't a one time thing as I go there often
