Slow!! Better have an hour to get even the smallest of things. If it wasn’t for the location I would never go there.

First time in this place with a flatbed I was in an out in 30min very nice ppl..there are places to park out on the road before you turn into the place

This place is some BS no one is ever at will call desk, they are slow they never have my stuff ready always have to wait about an hour to get my supplies employees don't care how long it takes them to get your stuff so don't come to this shity place!!!!!

Over an hour for 1/2" flex and some connectors. I was the 1st person in the door. Never again. Get those guys some help!

This place sucks, you call in a will call and it can take as long as an hour for them to pull and deliver after your employ arrives to the site. This is BS why bother with a will call. By the you leave you spend an extra 100 on labor

Customer service was ok upon arrival but NOBODY answers the phone . I heard 4 calls that not one of the three plus employees whine the counter even thought of answering , all of which were staring at their phones.

Must have a delivery appointment they only receive until 10am but was able to get unloaded pretty quick

Appointment time was honored, unloaded and departed within in an hour. Manuel R. was professional and courteous with directions, unloading and paper work.

Every time I go in there I'm there for over a half hour getting anything I hate this place! I freaking hate this goddamn store! Everybody in here is straight-up asleep. They have absolutely no sense of customer service. You just lost my business forever I will never come in here ever ever again I'm done!

Quick unload, staff was nice and helpful. Not a lot of room for turning around, but backing out my 53' trailer was easy.

You'd think being the central distribution hub for all of capital tristate branches this would be the premier location. Completely wrong... Idiots working will call counter are slow, dont pay attention to detail, pick the wrong items, just don't seem to care at all. If they went any slower they would be going backwards.

Go here all the time, a must go to place if you are an Electrician in need of material. They have almost everything you could possibly need, only a few times have they not had what we need. This is the central distribution center so has a complete stock, which all of their smaller stores will "order" their materials from.

At the sales counter; Joe, Nichon and the Sales manager Dave will take good care of you. Will call team is always quick also.

This place sucks it takes an hour to get a will call that was called in the day before. No one is ever at the will call counter when you walk in. I spoke to the counter manager and he said that he complains about being short staffed but never gets any extra help to deal with the orders that come in. if you go in when they are busy the wait is going to be even longer so don't even bother.

If you can find anyplace else to buy what you need, do it. Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone or email if you have a problem. I ordered a lens for a light. It was shipped and came in broken. After finally getting through to them, a new one was shipped. Again it came in broken. I have now been 3 days trying to get someone to answer the phone or emails that I have sent.

Had an appt. at 5am. Got there at 4:40. I was told that their workers are still clearing out that I had to go back out and wait by the gate. They finally came and got me at 6 am. If you are unable to unload trucks at 5am. Then you shouldn't schedule them.

Berry helpful and very quick at getting my truck unloaded so I could get to my next stop.

This place is amazing I came to deliver they have over night parking.and my schedule was @ 6am around 5:45 a guy
came and knocked my window and he told
me to backup in to the door with in 30 minutes I was done.easy in and easy out.
