My experience with Making A Difference Handyman Services was nothing short of amazing. Very responsive, flexible, and attentive with great follow-up and follow through skills. I've had very bad luck with contractors, in the past six months, and wish I knew about Making A Difference Handyman Services back then. I am looking forward to working with this company on all my home improvement needs.

Ernest and his Team recently retiled our Master Shower. We were very happy with the results!!. Ernest was very punctual, showed up when he said he would, even through the bad weather!!! Would recommend to others!!

I reached out to this company off of the recommendation of my cousin. They did some work for them at there house that they were selling and the work looked so good that I wanted to ask them about work at my house. I got the quote from them about 4 months ago and even though there quote said that is was only good for a certain amount of time they still honored it and did it for the price the quoted me originally. The price for the roof repair they did was the best I had gotten by at least 6k. They told me that the price could go up if hey had to replace any plywood and if the had to replace it all it would raise the price by 6k. I am used to contractors tell me that and it always happens that they had to do the extra work. But they didn't have to replace anything extra at all and work was excellent. The professionalism of her workers and even his his office manager was very professional. I didn't meet Earnest on the first walk but when I did get to meet him he was very personable and professional as well. He has a lot of knowledge and didn't mind explaining anything that I didn't understand. I am working with then now on over projects and will use them for anything else I got going forward. I appreciate the honesty and the professionalism that he showed.

Ernest is very kind and a humble man ,and enjoys what he does, and it shows in his work. He just finished installing floors in another one of our bathrooms ,and he also took the time to explain ,when we asked questions. We are very blessed to have someone who takes pride in his work. We look forward to working with him in the near future, with the many home improvement projects that we have.

Ernest was responsive from the beginning and took the time to explain where my leak was coming from and the best option fix it. I decided to get my tub replaced. Ernest and his team were efficient, finishing in less time than estimated and the completed product was very clean and professional. I would hire Ernest again.

Ernest is absolutely amazing. I discovered cracks in my ceiling. I feared it was a leak. Ernest was quick to respond, provided an estimate, and scheduled a date and time to come out. His workmanship is stellar! You’d never know there were ever any cracks! He also repaired the nail pops as well as painted. My home feels so glamorous now. Ernest was very responsive and professional. His work is clean and precise. He takes his time and he doesn’t rush through his work. He communicated when he was enroute and if he needed any additional materials. He was on-time and made solid recommendations even prior to me signing my agreement. I was so impressed with their professionalism and perfectionists work ethic! My backsplash looks amazing.. no stone out of place! Mr. Bolden was on time and finished the job ahead of time .He’s also very neat, covering my floor and counter top to ensure that nothing was damaged. I really appreciated his knowledge and skill level as he assisted me in making the right selections for my project.
