I believe this company is closing. They haven't picked up our trash in weeks!

Customer service was nice. Appreciate the effort that was put in to fix an issue I was having.

Trash still not picked up today. It is 6:04 pm.....the worst! Been calling allday

I never seen so many LAZY DUDES THAT HAS A JOB they dont have no MORALS about there job they LEAVE MORE TRASH THAN THEY PICK UP WEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT IT NOTHING IS DONE MAKE CHANGES OR WE TAX PAYERS WILL!!

Are these guys still in business???? They haven't come by for over 2 weeks and I can't get anyone on the phone. I know they've had problems keeping workers, but it's unacceptable they've not communicated with their customers.

We are struggling with getting our 4Yrd dumpster emptied. Noone ever returns my phone calls or emails. Not sure what to do.

I wish I can give 0 star for this company we order 30 yard dumpster From this company they don’t pick up the trash and we have to called them several times they said we will put in schedule but they didn’t show up we and we decide to cancel our contract with them they took the container and they left trash middle of drive way not professional at all be aware this is the worst company I have ever seen

In my experience, this company has been efficient and friendly. They have proven to be consistently timely and reliable I am very impressed to say the least.

We use this company at our small apartment complex. Suddenly they are not picking up trash for three weeks, I don’t respond to calls or messages. Disaster! Looking for another contractor.

Not very reliable, but they do pick up trash more often than not. However they have not picked up trash for us the last 3 times. They missed 11/2, 11/5, and 11/9 (today). They also missed about 4 other times in the last 3 months. We are switching companies.

Very professional workers, came and asked questions to confirm pick up and got everything removed in a timely manner and got job done.
I will use Gray Hound trash removal in future and recommend their business to everyone.

Very sloppy with trash and they do not have common courtesy for others... Example my neighbors have cockroaches bad!!and their trashcans are up at their space which is 20 ft from ours.why would they bring others trash down court,they back down and have to go back up to go out... Makes no sense.. Just back down court and dump each one as you get to it.. Quit carrying bugs out of peoples trash and they go to others dropping of bags ...I KNOW..!!.... Plus bags get busted because driver tries to help speed up throwing bags on ground towards guy at back of truck.. Wow.

I appreciate their service. I called for a roof off bin and a few port-a-potties and was given better prices than everyone else. I’ll definitely use their services going forward.

I’ve had problems with this company for over a year. I watch them drive by house and skip picking up my trash and there’s no working phone number to call anyone for help. They have gone more than 2 weeks without picking up my trash.
