Grayhound is nothing short of fantastic to work with. The staff is professional, consistently punctual, and extremely responsive to inquiries. They offer a quality service - I will certainly be working with them in the future and recommend their services.

I would echo all previous complaints about missing weekly pick ups for weeks at a time and a phone number that is never answered, messages never returned. We pay in advance and then have no recourse when they just decide to not show up. I wanted to support a local business, but this has been going on for over 2 years. I’ve already started looking for another option.

Has missed both service days this week *after* having missed all bi weekly 2 yd dumpster services for the past 4 months. Also, their phone number goes straight to voicemail which is full. Bottom line: They don't reliably remove trash or communicate.

I been calling over months to get my trush to be picked up...still haven't been pick up...I have plan with them every other week they suppose to get the trush but now I been waiting over three weeks.. last time I ask to get call back manager called back at 6:20am and I am not kidding when I say 6:20am in the morning.. when I asked her do you know wt time is it now she was giving me attitude. This been going on over 6 months now. This new manager who ever in charge she is terrible. Front desk girl she doesn't know how to talk to customer. Now I just want them to pick up the ban. I will use different company. If anyone looking for trush company for ur business do not use this company.

I’m so thankful that Grayhound answered the phone when they did, I was striking out on finding affordable quotes for a porta potty and trash removal service. Grayhound was efficient, on time, and reliable throughout the entire job. I will be calling them back in the future for more business without a doubt.

Greyhound Trash Removal is a very good company with great customer service. They have very good, fast and reliable service. I have used their services a bunch of times, and would definitely use them again. I recommend them to everyone the news trash removal.

We are the restaurant that contracted with them for years. Its always fast and efficient. But the recent year,they always delayed for 2-4 days. This time they are late for 1 week. Imagined how overloaded it is for 2 weeks and it's for a restaurant. We have all those bones and boxes and trashes that have nowhere to go. I called the front desk couple times and she is super impatient and hanging up the phone. Poor services and I'm really disappointed.

I called the company in order to get a dumpster for our trash. It was a last minute thing as the company that we were using didn't perform. Grayhound got the dumpster to us on time and saved us money as well. They were very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Highly recommend this company. Best rates, punctual and great customer service when I called. They cleared out all the junk and debris without making a mess of my yard. They arrived @ appointed time, moved quick and efficient. Will definitely be utilizing in the future.

This hauler is completely inconsistent. When you ask for services to be provided they provide you with an inaccurate ETA and it takes them forever to service your account. They will Lie to you and tell you they are on their way to service your container and never show up. If your container is damaged it may take them up to a Month to do the requested swap out, when any other hauler can fulfill the same request within 48 hours. If you are looking for trash services, don't go to this hauler, their prices at first may seem low, but for the lack of service they truly provide, its worth paying a little more for someone you can Trust to haul away your waste.

I do NOT recommend using Grayhound Trash Removal. I reserved a dumpster on a Monday for a Friday drop-off and called to confirm on Wednesday to make sure everything was a go. The person I spoke to confirmed I was all set. Friday comes along and the dumpster did not arrive by 2pm so I called to see where my dumpster was. The dispatcher I spoke to was very rude. She said the had called multiple times to confirm (a total lie) delivery. I told her that i needed it on Friday and she said the would call me back but never did. I called at 3:30 pm and a different person answered said she will get back to me. She had left a message and said to call back Monday. I had planned for this dumpster all week and not happy with the outcome.

I been using this company for a while now and in the last 3 weeks I have not had a pick up and I run a liquor store and restaurant I have trash still sitting in the back of my store cause my dumpsters are over flowing smh call a new company

We have used this company for years for commercial trash removal and have had problems on and off but tolerated it. Recently it has become absolutely intolerable and unacceptable. Although I normally would not post a complaint on Google, I cannot get through to the office and have had no response to emails, voice mail, or direct messages left with the receptionist. Our trash pick-ups at our commercial buildings are irregular at best and at one building it hasn't been picked up in almost a month. If you need reliable pick up, this is not the company. If truck break downs, lack of employees, change in routes, once a month pick-ups (when it is contracted for 2x per week) or just plain disregard for service is something that you are ok with, then you will be fine. Pictures speak a thousand words.....Look closely, these are not duplicates 😫

They will definitely get rid of your weed problem. I recommend them for your lawn needs.

NexGreen transformed my lawn. I was debating tearing out the whole yard and laying sod, but decided to give them a shot. I now have a lush lawn with no weeds in under 2 cycles. Prior to 2016, we used a big-name lawn corporation; however, we were not satisfied with their services. In 2016, we began using NexGreen and have been quite content. The beauty of our lawn inspired four to five of our neighbors to use NexGreen and they have been equally satisfied. NexGreen’s service is truly commendable. Allen, the lawn technician, who treats the lawn is amazing and super knowledgeable. Further, he takes the time to explain everything…also, he will bring laughter to your doorstep…what a great guy! Additionally, the customer service team, Erin, is very responsive. Erin is the epitome of customer service excellence and gets the job done! She follows up, but most importantly, it is her kindness, warmth, and positive attitude that makes for a great day!

Southern Maryland Tree Services was absolutely amazing to work with, and I can’t say enough great things about Troy and his outstanding customer service.

We had an emergency situation after some major storms rolled through, leaving a dangerous pine tree threatening our home. Troy responded incredibly quickly and immediately recognized the potential risk. Without hesitation, he adjusted his schedule to prioritize our situation, which gave us instant peace of mind.

He arrived the very next day and got straight to work. It was clear right away that he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He carefully took the tree down piece by piece, making sure to protect our yard throughout the entire process. The efficiency and precision he worked with were truly impressive—you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing.

When it came time to discuss pricing, we were honestly shocked—in the best way. Two other companies had quoted us nearly double (almost triple!) the cost, and their reviews didn’t inspire confidence. Troy, on the other hand, delivered exceptional service at a fair and reasonable price.

I can’t express how impressed we are with Troy and Southern Maryland Tree Services. For anyone who feels nervous about hiring a company that might overcharge or do questionable work—this is NOT that company. They are honest, professional, and truly care about their customers.

My kitten was 50 feet up a hickory tree for two days. Southern Maryland Tree Service had her down in about 20 min. A company that very honest and professional and didn't overcharge you.

Please be more carful on the road.
