I had the most amazing roof purchase experience with Tim from Capital Renovations from the initial assessment of my roof, email and text correspondence, to completion of a beautiful roof. Tim was professional and timely throughout the entire process. What stood out to me the most was when he said, “if there is no roof damage, I won’t say that there is”. We need more honesty and integrity like this in our divided world. I highly recommend this company and Tim as your sales representative for future purchases.

Having your siding start to fall off and you need a new roof sounds super scary. Greg and Kyle completely took all my worries away. They are super knowledgeable and clarified my understanding of what I needed done. They did absolutely everything they said they would and so so much more, from initial contact to dealing with my insurance company. They kept me informed every step of the way. The catalog of options for siding and shingles were amazing. The work was completed in a few days. Personal calls from the owner were reassuring and showed me that he truly cared about the customer experience. I highly recommend them for your renovation needs. My house looks amazing.

They did a fantastic job on my roof from start to finish. So many companies over the years have looked at my roof which is over 20 years old and noticed damage. My insurance always refused to cover it. After yet another bad storm in May, I happened to run across the owner, Greg, and in casual conversation I mentioned my bad luck with my insurance in the past. He let me know he could have his team check it out and if they found damage, he felt very confident that he could guide me through the process successfully. He handed me over to his trusty right hand man Josh. Josh handled everything professionally, swiftly and kept in good communication every step of the way. Greg and Josh kept their promise that they would help me successfully navigate through the insurance process. I am very grateful for my new roof. It looks amazing. But more than anything, I am grateful for what could have been a very stressful process being turned into an easy journey navigating the insurance piece with honest, trustworthy and experienced professionals like Josh and Greg letting me know each step to take one at a time. I had my new roof installed by Capitol Renovations. They helped me fight the insurance company when the insurance company denied my roof claim. Mike is very good at his job he did a repairability test on my roof for the insurance company and knock it out of the park. I had a full roof replacement shortly after, the quality of the roof is the best I've seen the attention to detail is perfect. This company is great from the first walk through to the end of the project. I had damage done to my home during a storm and their representative Jeff visited my property to look at what happened. He arrived exactly when he said he would and talked me through all of the options in detail. The work was completed quickly and perfectly. Their work is amazing and they helped me every step of the way which I really appreciated being a first time homeowner. I can’t recommend this company and Jeff enough, they’re amazing!

I had a terrible leak from my roof after this last big storm. I called multiple people but couldn’t get anyone to come out until I called Jeff at Carma Construction Group. He came out immediately. In the rain and put a tarp on my roof to prevent more damage. He also recommended calling my homeowners insurance to have them come out to see if the would cover the repair/replacement of my roof. I didn’t even know you could do that. Wow. Jeff literally handled everything. I ended up getting my full roof replaced and all the interior covered. Jeff is the man. He is now and forever the only contractor I will ever use. Plus he always answer his phone every time I called and explained the whole process down to the estimate provided by my insurance company. I totally recommend Jeff and CCG. A terrible problem turned out to be a great experience. Thank you again jeff and the guys at Carma

Carma construction company came out to assess a leaking door that it seemed no company could give a straight answer on why, carma came out and with their knowledge and expertise they were able to locate and fix the situation with a all new custom door that looks beautiful and no leaks.
All the employees are hard workers and never let a question go unanswered.
