They are always in touch with you to see if you need anything. They are very responsive. I had a very good experience with them.

I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday. The appointment window was from 12-2pm. I received a text message requesting to confirm my appointment in which I did. At 1:45, on the day of my appointment, I received a phone call saying that the technician was going to be a late, a little after 2pm. I was okay with that because things happen. At 3:04, I received another phone call saying that there was another job ahead of me and the technician was going to be late. At this point I mad because this was not agreed upon and now time is being wasted. I call the company 3 times and I was being pacified. The manager wasn’t available and the technician wasn’t picking up to locate his whereabouts. I called a 4th time and by this time it’s 5pm and the technician still wasn’t done with the job before me. This meant he wasn’t going to be at my house till 6pm. Oh no Sir, so I just canceled altogether. A day wasted. So, I would not recommend them for services.

What more can you ask for prompt, Professional and a great service?! There is more. I got 3 rooms a hallway and tower of stairs... And I just received a follow up call and they left less than 20 mins ago thanks guys. you were the icing on the cake for CRN Cleaner.

I called to get a quote. Was told they can’t give me a price until the Technican gets here. However, during the course of the booking she was quoting prices. So at the end I asked for a total. She stated only the technician can give me that when he finishes the job. I politely told her that’s not going to work. I guess I will try another. Before I finished she threw the phone down
So I called her back in a good tone and said her throwing the phone down before I was finished was totally disrespectful.
She said well you said you were going with someone else, I responded that’s no reason for her rudeness. She said I’m sorry you said you were going with someone else so I hung up. Then proceeded to say I have to go I have other customers CLICK HUNG UP AGAIN

DO NOT USE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled appointment for carpet cleaning for a Friday 3 days ahead of time and was given a window of 2-4pm. Received a call at 1:45pm saying. They would not be able to come until 4-5pm. I was okay with this, though disappointed given there was a window of time in the first place. Then received a call at 3:30pm saying they would not be able to come until 8pm. 8PM!!!! That’s 4 HOURS AFTER the latest time from my initial time window. I wouldn’t even be at the location at that time. Their reasoning was they had gotten behind and there is traffic. As if everyone who lives in this area doesn’t know traffic is crazy on a Friday. When asked if they could possibly come early the next morning they refused stating they had other clients at that time. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL, and clearly do not care about the consumer. I ended up just cancelling with them because I was pretty sure that even if I had been able to be there at 8pm, they probably would never show up.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning for today on (Tuesday) last week. I scheduled the appt from 10am-12pm. The technician called me the night before and "TOLD" me that he was coming at 12 noon. I informed the technician the he would not be able to come due to the fact that I had an appt in Silver Springs, MD. He stated that he would come at 11am. Fast forward, no show at 11:15am and no call. I had to call the office to find out what was going on. I was told by the office that they would give me a call back in order to locate the tech. I then received an text at 11:34am informing me that their car had broken down. I was asked to rescheduled, but I had prior engagements since I am moving to Miami. After the incident, I called and canceled the appt. I then received 3 calls regarding my appt, even one stating that they were 10 min away. Bad business. Period! Very Unprofessional!!!

The serviceman at CRN Cleaner was confident, honest and knowledgeable on how to take care of carpets. He confidently advised removing stains and restoration applied would make it look fresh again.

My wife and my experience: We called in to get deep carpet cleaning done on Wednesday. Two living rooms cost approximately $300. They were able to come out the same day we called in, which is great. The job was done, but the smell still remained in one room, but the other one was fine. We called in the next day because the smell persisted, and is started to waft into the clean room too. The cleaner said he'd come out between 2-4pm on Friday. 4pm on Friday rolled around and no cleaner. We called him and he said he couldn't make it. We rescheduled for 6-7pm that same day. He didn't show up again. We called again. He said he'd be another 40 minutes before he can arrive. At this point, we are extremely upset due to not being notified twice. My wife told the cleaner that it is extremely rude and unprofessional for a company to miss their appointment windows and not notify their customers ahead of time that he can't make it, and to do it not once but twice. It's understandable appointments can be missed, but not taking the courtesy to notify the customers who are waiting around the house is unacceptable. The cleaner then hung up on her before she could finish. At this point, we have called into the cleaner company to complain about this cleaner and get a new cleaner because he is rude, disrespectful, unreliable, and we no longer want to deal with him. Unfortunately, he's the only one available to do the job this late, so we still have to deal with him. He called again and said he now on his way and is 30 minutes out. Hopefully things go well once he gets here.
