Under warranty didn't back the work, had to make repeaten calls to get someone to come out to see the problem. Called to follow up on the work order, I was told that a employee had cone out and found no issues. No notice, no report, no call from corporate office and a poorly trained employee on the phone, I requested a supervisor or office manager, both request were denied. HaveING to replace the gutter system, not 15 years old!

This was done the week after we got a new roof on. They took care to clean out downspouts and poured water down them. They seemed very thorough.

Run as fast as you can from this company! Deception. They charged me for work that they didn't even perform...in the hundreds of dollars!!! The estimator made a false claim about repairs needed. I was told that part of the gutter that was slightly off slope couldn't be repaired by simply pushing it slightly back up...the whole system needed to be taken off and then re-fastened by hand. He also said that a part was needed where the second story downspout drained into the first level gutter because it was dumping water into the balcony causing severe water damage. After I received the estimate I called the company and explained that I thought that the estimator(who was actually a former HVAC guy-fired from his previous employer as he voluntarily told me) did not appear to know what he was doing. They admitted he was new and then assured me that the team who arrived to perform any work would provide a better asesment and not to worry. I placed a $125 deposit in good faith for a gauranteed work day on Wed. Of course, after taking my $, they failed to show up as promised...not even a phone call! So I called and was told they would be out at another day...failed again...finally they arrived. The workers told my wife that the estimator was wrong and that no repairs were required...all he did was push up the slightly off slope section...same as I asked about! They did say that the problem was clogged gutters and downspouts. They called the boss and said they could clean the gutters(not the downspouts) for $100 so my wife said yes. All took between 30 minutes to an hour...arrival to departure. Since we already paid $125 we thought that was it...but no...we were told we owed another $425. When I called and requested to have the bill agjusted to reflect actual work, I was told that the person would call me the next Monday. Rather than a phone call, they sent me a bill for $175 for the minimal gutter cleaning and $375 for the gutter repair they never did! Not even the small sleeve was installed to keep the rain spill off the deck (really not needed). No communication just billing of work not done and a 75% increase in the cost for the gutter cleaning from what was quoted and agreed upon. Hopefully the owner will make it right, but no hopes at this time...may need to go a legal option...so, you may want to avoid this type of problem and take your business elsewhere!!

Great Experience with Skeeter's....It's so great to deal with a Company that does everything they say they're going to do. On time, polite, professional, tidy (cleaned up Everything after the job was done).....Couldn't give a Higher Recommendation.

All I was asking for was an estimate on getting the chimney cap put back on the top of my chimney. I called on 11/5 and was told to email a picture to Yulie and that she would get back to me. I immediately did that but didn't hear back. I emailed her again on 11/8 and still never got a response. A couple of days later I called and was told that she would call me back. She didn't. I then inquired on the website about getting the job done, but no one contacted me. I finally called again on the 20th and emailed the photo to another person who said they would take care of it. They didn't! I had an appointment scheduled to have them clean my gutters on 12/3, but I finally emailed them to cancel that too as I decided to find someone else to do both jobs. They never even responded to my cancellation email. I had to call to confirm that they weren't going to show up! Total disrespect!.

This is why I like to be home when service performed. The cleaning gutter was good but the tech cleared the cutter and left all the shingle grit on the ground and didn’t clean off my porch; he could have rinsed it with the hose. Most of my gutter guard were damaged because he pressure washed the cutter and left the shingle grim in the gutter guard. I went to move them and they cracked up because tech just left grit in the guard. Now I have to purchase new gutter guards and he didn’t even remove the dirt from my property on the ground! I was going to refer your service to neighbors but after this I will not recommend!

The techs showed up early and got the job done (gutter cleaning) quickly, as evidenced in photos provided via email the next day. We are repeat customers and confidently recommend Uncle Skeeter's!

When I booked my appointment they told me it would be a two week wait. Told them to call before coming out found another company able to do it the next day. The other company came out cleaned and repaired my gutters took pictures and gave me a receipt. The very next day Uncle Skeeters said they went out and cleaned my gutters. I thought my appointment was cancelled since I replied to the many text messages, stop/reschedule. They still didn’t seem to get the hint! Not to mention I told them to call me. If they think they are going to get any money out of me they have another thing coming! I just got off the phone with this company also texted them told them if they contact me any further I would write a bad review and they still did! They just left me another voice message! How unethical is for a company to charge you for a service you had done the DAY BEFORE! Not a trustworthy company! Attached proof it was done by another company the day before! That was much cheaper and took his time and did a good job!

Fast, neat, respectful and very friendly service crew. They point out any issues you may not know of and they really take of care of your property while on site. Customer service is great. Will use Uncle Skeeters again! Great experience.

A few weeks ago I called Uncle Skeeter's Roofs and Gutters, Inc because I thought I had a leak from my roof. Exterior Pros came out, I guess they contract with Uncle Skeeters and I was never told this. They told me what the issue was and said I would receive an estimate within 5 days. That never happened. After a week I called Uncle Skeeter's Roof & Gutter and told them that I never received an estimate. They apologized and assured me I would receive a call back within two days. It has been almost a month and I still haven't received a call back or email. I would not recommend this company at all.

The guys worked quickly as a team to get the job done on a very cold day. They took before and after pictures and provided them immediately upon completion. Great price, great crew. I highly recommend.
