Clean It Is Biz is definitely 5 star quality. I can’t wait for our Monthly cleanings b/c they do a deep clean. They mop every hard floor with soap and water- not a whisking w/a swiffer. They clean every window inside and what they can reach outside and sliding glass doors. They dust every surface and put things back where they found them! Finally- the vacuuming is top notch and the house smells thoroughly clean - top to bottom -when they leave. I highly recommend them!

Where do I even start? Today, I came home to a house so spotless, so mysteriously hair-free, that I briefly questioned if my dog had packed her bags and moved out. My bulldog sheds enough fur daily to knit a sweater, yet after Clean-it-is worked their magic, there’s zero evidence a dog has ever set paw here. The floors are so immaculate I could eat my dinner off them.

These folks don’t just clean; they elevate. They tied my kitchen towels into a cute little bow and hung them on my oven door. They even folded the end of my toilet paper into a fancy hotel-style triangle. My kitchen island is soooo spotless I can almost use it as a mirror to put makeup on lol Thank you so much. Keep that towel origami coming.

This latest cleaning was one of the best we have ever received. We always appreciate when Alliance Cleaning comes to our home. They are respectful and thorough. They make us feel renewed - as you know, a clean home can declutter the mind and put us in a better headspace to be creative, productive and happy! We have been customers for years now and appreciate the value of their services. Highly recommend!!!

Unreliable /late/slow
They started out good did a good job cleaning we paid them on time used their services every Friday.
They worked on a team of two until they didn't any more. Then they sent an email on a Wednesday saying they didn't have enough staff so they were dropping us. Unprofessional and inconsiderate just sent an email with less than 48 hours notice.

Don't use this company, they are using a third party.
They never disclosed this information on their contracts or anywhere. Mark only told me they are using a third party after the cleaners were over complaining and insulting us. At that point we were not comfortable and asked them to leave which they refused. Mark told me he will send another crew in five hours later. We never agreed too. we asked them to leave because we felt frightened and uncomfortable. I told Mark at this time we no longer needed his services and will find a better company. He got upset and he told me he's not going to charge us than few minutes later Mark decides to charge us a cancellation fee. Meanwhile he's workers are rude and insulting us so we should pay for the insults? Yesterday he kept complaining his telephone wasn't working well. They are very unprofessional and rude. Don't use them at all. He blame us they are late because we choose to do a deep cleaning.

The service was completely unacceptable.
We were charged over $700 (6 hours for cleanings/2 for carpets) and did NOT get our money's worth.

We have a two-story house and the first quote we received was 2-4 hours plus a flat rate for carpets.

After the President of the company, according to his card, who was onsite for cleaning, saw the house at 9am, he quoted 5 hours to finish everything (2pm). At 2pm then, he said, 1 more hour. They "finished" at 5pm.

We didn't move in until two days later, when we had a chance to do an in depth look and see the job they did. We paid for the full top-to-bottom move-in service which included deep cleaning and kitchen appliances, but saw the following problems before anyone else even set foot into the house:
-Dirt marks on the walls
-Balls of dirt and crud on 'cleaned' carpets
-Hairs in the shower and sinks
-Dog toenails in front of the fireplace
-Dust on most doorframes, window blinds, and air vents
-Hair in drawers and on floors
-Airfryer untouched/not cleaned
-The carpets smelled like dogs
-Most of the window sills were absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, dust and grime. (We paid extra for windows as well)
-The carpets may have been washed, but there's no way they were vacuumed, as after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy.

It was after 5pm, (when the business closed), so we called him back the next morning. We explained everything we saw and even informed him that we even took pictures for him. (Which I would post, but this review does not provide the option to do so)

He was rude, very defensive and refused to believe or take accountability for any of the problems.

There was no apology, no offer for correcting any issues, or any reasoning with him to come to any type of solution. He then told us he wasn't going to do anything about it, because it was after 48 hours since it the "cleaning", and since we locked the house after they finished, it was our fault for not noticing the issues then.

Very Professional and courteous. Was early for my appointment and well dressed. Very Respectful. I will recommend services to all of my friends and family.

Wayne was very professional, he arrived early and respected my home by protecting my wood floors during the cleaning process. I would use their services again and I highly recommend them.

I had hardwood floors removed and new flooring installed. The project created an accumulation of dust over and underneath everything (furniture, pictures, clothes, appliances, windows, doors, etc.) all throughout the house. Alliance workers came in and went way out of their way
(110 %) to ensure my home was sanitized and air quality was breathable (clear). ‘Kudos’ to Alliance Cleaning Solutions, LLC - Excellent Job! Thank you 😊
