I was referred to Uncle Skeeter's about 5 years ago. I have been using them ever since for our gutter cleaning. The staff has been great. The employees who are cleaning gutters work quickly, effectively and quietly. My Husband and I are able to work from home without being disturbed. I appreciate all that you do Uncle Skeeter's!

I got quick service for gutter cleaning. All my expectations were met. There was no mess when I came home, the gutters look clean, price was reasonable, and the best part was I didnt have to climb up and down the ladder this year. No complaints here, and I'll likely use their services again.

This company was nothing short of true professionals. Their technicians showed up within the scheduled timeline and were very courteous. They explained everything they did provided pictures to show they had done as explained. I will use them for future projects. Oh, and the cost was reasonable.

Had my gutters cleaned for the first time by Uncle Skeeter's. They came highly recommended and I can see why. Very pleasant, responsive and they work quickly but safely. Will definitely use them again.

They were great. Two guys came and worked quickly. Very nice and pleasant men. Our gutters were filled with debris and gushing water in weird spots. They got it all cleaned. They even took pictures of our cleaned gutters. We’re so happy.

I was contacted by Uncle Skeeter's and they apologized for the poor service and lack of responsiveness I received. They discounted my next service so that I will give them a try again. I was happy with this resolution and hope that the next time I have them come out they will continue to provide the level service that I have received from them in the past.

I have used this company for 3 years for gutter cleaning, roof repair and fixing gutters. They have been a good company. I recently had them clean my gutters and the level of service was not what it has been the last few years. They left leaves and debris all over my back deck and front walk way. When I called their customer service they were argumentative and not helpful. We won’t be using them again; too many other options in the area!!!

Very professional and prompt. Great communication, and exceptional ease of use. As soon as the service was completed, I received the invoice via email and it was effortless to pay. Once paid, I immediately received my receipt, again via email. They even sent photos attached to the invoice to show proof of the great work, I will continue to use them as my primary gutter cleaning service.

I highly recommend Uncle Skeeter's Gutter Cleaning services to anyone that is looking for a business that have qualities such as professionalism, great customer service, and reasonable pricing. My roof had a few bad shingles which they sent me pictures showing the damages. Not only did they kept me informed throughout the entire process, I even received pictures of the completed job as well. Everyone was pleasant to work with!!

I have been using Uncle Skeeters for years, no issues ever until today. I called just to confirm that my service scheduled for this week was in fact taking place, as I had just seen their email for my quote yesterday, must had been in my spam mail or something. For years we have paid roughly the same price no questions asked for the same service, this time I would suspect we would have done the same thing. Until your scheduler ended that with her "superb customer service skills " I understand that you need a quote approved but to be so rigid in your rules and rude with reminding me of those rules by throwing phrases "I told you so" out there, is uncalled for. I've been newly diagnosed with cancer, been having diagnostic tests multiple times a week and I have a surgery coming up test week in hopes of fighting this, excuse me if I missed the email for approving the same quote for the same service we have received time and time again, I've had other things to focus on and the last thing I needed to hear today was "I told you " over the phone by someone who clearly thought she needed to put her customers in their place. If the approach by your staff was somewhat different, I would have remained a loyal customer as I have been in the past. However, that wasn't the case here today and I have found another company, they are a little more expensive, but this isn't about money here either. They are also coming out tomorrow. If you want someone who doesn't talk down to you, I wouldn't recommend these people. By the way, my name is Kimberly, not Kim as your scheduler started off the conversation assuming my name was shortened. They either put it in the system wrong or she assumed I was a Kim, as I have never introduced myself as Kim. I usually don't correct people as it doesn't bother most of the time but after all the "i told you so's" at that point it started to

Not only a fabulous job but the small touches (going outside the box)

Started off ok but as time went on, communication with the office was less than ideal. I found them going back and forth with me regarding scheduling when they arrived later than the time they gave us the day prior to scheduled cleaning. Basically tried to spin it on us (the client) as if they weren’t 40 minutes late. I will say the cleaners are nice but don’t do the best job. It seems like they are great in the beginning and super friendly in order to get you to sign up for their services but as time goes on, they don’t care as much when it comes to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately had to discontinue services with this company.

Shelly and her teams are wonderful! They are a step above from other cleaners in the area who have come to our home. Their attention to detail, timeliness, and quality of work is outstanding. Can’t thank them enough!

The team from Clean It Is was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly hard-working, quick, and still paid attention to every detail. Our office, which includes four small office rooms, a conference room, a bathroom, and an open space with several windows, was a big task to tackle, especially working around our employees and were mindful of our case files. But they handled everything with dedication and efficiency.

The results are outstanding—our rooms smell fresh, the carpets look fantastic, and everything is spotless and dust-free. Their ability to clean thoroughly while working quickly is truly impressive!

The workers were also so polite and professional throughout the entire process. Their hard work was not only much appreciated but also exactly what we needed. I can't recommend Clean It Is enough for anyone in need of thorough, detail-oriented cleaning services.

Just had our first deep clean and was blown away when I got home. Even things I didn’t expect to be cleaned were. Very please with our service and can’t wait for our biweekly cleanings. Very affordable and reasonably priced. Definitely worth it!!!

We LOVE Clean it is. They consistently do an amazing job and have been life changing. We have five animals, including a husky, and even the hair reduction by itself is a blessing. Our kitchen is always sparkling after they’ve come and we couldn’t recommend them more.

I have hired various cleaning companies, none of them reached my high standards consistently than Clean It Is. I have a bimonthly cleaning schedule and I am never disappointed in their attention to detail and how fresh and clean my home is, especially with two dogs and a baby. I can't thank these ladies enough for taking one thing off my plate and I always know they are going to do a fantastic job. Prices are very reasonable. I have had the same crew for all my cleanings and I appreciate their consistency and focus on their work. They are professional, effective, and efficient.

I also appreciate the multiple ways of payment. It is nice to have that flexibility.

I can't say enough good things about this company. If you are looking for a cleaning crew look no further than Shelly and Clean It Is.

Unfortunately, I didn't find their service as good as I had hope. I had the owner out to my home for a walk through. We discussed the fact that my last cleaning company would come later and later each time and that this was the only problem I had with them. She assured me that if I took the first appointment slot of the day this would not happen. However, on the first day they were late and she made excuses after the fact. We discussed that I have pets and therefore need the floors, baseboards, and low walls were a focus. They didn't need to clean all the bathrooms, bedrooms, shelves with collectibles, etc. But, that my focus would be the true dirt. Both times that they cleaned they didn't clean the kitchen counters thoroughly. It was sloppy work. She agreed with the pictures that I sent her and gave me a credit for part of the cleaning. She did ask if I wanted a different crew to come the next time. I declined citing that I was sure she trained everyone the same. The second cleaning was no better. I sent pictures again. I advised her via text on the following day that the next cleaning would be the last since they could not get some pretty basic cleaning done well. The night before the final cleaning I did not receive a text to confirm. I text her. She answered that she just went ahead and canceled it. SMH Disappointing, yet more proof that Shelley isn't what I had hoped either. A disappointing experience. Pictures attached.

Shelly's team did a fantastic job doing a one-time deep clean of our home. We wanted a clean home to greet us when we came home with our third baby after the hospital and were overwhelmed with the service we received. I have never seen our home this clean or smell so good!
