I went in to get bolts for electrical circuit breaker box for an inspection. The guy behind the counter figured I was not a professional so he charged me the price of a whole package per bolt for 8 bolts. He was showing off how well he could screw someone to prove to a friend how smart he was. This happened years ago and I have never been able to forget this disgusting behavior. Never go there unless you have an account cause they will charge by how much they like you that day. I have NEVER returned no matter how convenient they were to me.

Ray at the counter is amazing. He's extremely experienced and gets my order's right the first time. I've Been dealing with them for twenty years
