This was my first time using a company to clean my place. Before I got my puppy and got so busy with being an entrepreneur, I had time to keep my place clean. Lately, it has been almost impossible to keep it clean like I wanted, as I often have to choose rest or work to keep up with everything. I had My first deep cleaning yesterday and I feel like I did when I first moved in. Everything looks amazing, it smells good and I am very happy with the results. My puppy has also been walking around and smelling, probably looking for his old mess. I look forward to my next cleaning in two weeks and I definitely recommend this company.

I needed a deep cleaning at short notice to prepare for movers. I called Swept Clean, and they came two hours later. They did an excellent professional job. No wonder they get so many 5-star recommendations. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Quentin is the absolute best. Like most DC folks, we are always on the go and don't have time to clean the house the way we want it to be cleaned on a regular bases (I am OCD and like my place to be CLEAN). We tried other cleaning services and they were overpriced for low quality work. Swept Clean is a great price for above and beyond work. For example, he cleans our drains with vinegar and cleans our leather couch with an antimicrobial spray so they smell great! ABOVE AND BEYOND! My husband works from home and Quentin is considerate and brings a calming energy every time he comes. How we knew they were different from the others was Quentin sat down with us after the first trial clean and had a conversation with us about what we were looking for, our lifestyle, and who we are as people. He asked questions like, "how can I make your life easier?" and "what are the problem areas around the house and how can he be helpful to solve those problem areas?" It is more than just a clean, he respects our space, our energy, and our lifestyle and provides an amazing service as a result. Cannot recommend Swept Clean enough. Try them out - you wont regret it!

Swept Clean is attempting to steal money from me and I will not have it.

Back in July, Swept Clean did not come to my home for a cleaning. After bringing this to their attention and a missed rescheduled appointment for back in February, they said they would reimburse me with a credit that would cover 3/4th of my August charge.

Well, August comes around and with no warning, I am charged over $200 more than I expected. Thinking it was an error, I let them know. It was at this time Swept Clean claims that 3 months out of the year, they clean the home 3 times and that August, coincidentally, was one of these months.

I signed a contract with them in January and they've been cleaning with me since February- this was never mentioned before and has never happened before. Every month they come twice and the payment is the same.

So I asked them what three months are these? He never explained. Then when pushed, claims that this is due to August being 31 days. That does not make any sense- there are 7 months with 31 days. Not 3. They have cleaned for me in March, May, and July- never once came three times.

Why is it that on a month when I have a credit applied to my account, magically there are three cleanings this month and I have to be charged extra?

Why was I not notified of three cleanings BEFORE the month?

It's funny how that goes.

If this is how Swept Clean does business, cool, but I will not be continuing with a company that will steal money from me.

I recently enlisted the services this cleaning company during a challenging period in my life. After losing my beloved pet, I found myself struggling to cope with the clutter and belongings left behind and a lot of clutter accumulated.

Their team went above and beyond to organize and clear through the clutter, acknowledging the emotional weight attached to each item. While there were minor misses like moving the couch and cleaning beneath it (my cat always swatted toys under there), these were insignificant compared to the immense support and relief they provided.

In essence, they didn't just tidy up my space; they helped me regain a sense of order and stability during a tumultuous time. Their empathy and dedication truly made a difference, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of not just cleaning, but genuine care and understanding.

Quentin is literally the greatest at what he does. There is no need to continue your search for a cleaner, Swept Clean is hands down the best there is.

Quentin is the best! I have had their services 3 times occasionally and now we schedule regularly. He gets every corner of each room and leaves no marks on the surface. I usually ask him where we want to focus on before he starts cleaning, and he would exeede my expectation. Very hard working and friendly ! Highly recommend!

We are so happy with Quentin and the SC team’s immaculate work in our Capitol Hill condo. We’ve used them for semi-monthly cleanings for almost a year and l am still so impressed and relieved when I get home to see their work. This company undersells their service, and delivers a product that is easily worth twice what they charge. It is so much more than just cleaning so you don’t have to, it is cleaning to a level that you could never possibly do yourself. Quentin was exceptional. Hire this company, you will not regret it.

I moved to DC recently and used Quentin’s services for a pre-move in clean up. The attention to detail and professionalism that Swept Clean has to offer has kept me with them since. They are now my go to cleaning service. They show up on time and that every nook and cranny of the apt is covered. Quentin has at times gone the extra mile to even clean the grout from the bathroom tiles when I had only scheduled a quick clean up.
