Al and his crew have cleaned for us weekly for 3 years. Everyone has been wonderful. Our house looks fantastic! Our hardwood floor looks amazing, even with three dogs. Reliable, dependable, cannot recommend highly enough! Plus, one of our dogs absolutely loves Miss Bernadette, who comes with Al. Seeing her is the highlight of his week.

Spotless Glow Cleaning truly came through to do some overdue deep cleaning. I appreciate the compassion they had for the situation and the personal and professional care they took in cleaning and handling the situation. I was satisfied and really impressed. Will definitely be using them going forward and recommend them to others!

They did a wonderful job. Everything that was asked to clean was clean. The home had a lot of cat hair all over the base boards and in the closets. I do not have a lot of before and after pictures but here are a few I have.

Al picked up right away when everyone else took 1-2 days to respond. He respected my time restraint, was on time, friendly, and careful with all of my things. They even did the dishes in my sink! I did not ask for that and going the extra mile is what he did.

UPDATE: changing our review after ending our bimonthly service with Spotless Glo after 2.5 months. If you need a one-time clean, recommend them. If you’re looking for a repeat service, do not recommend.

After Spotless Glo’s initial clean, less and less was cleaned each time FOR THE SAME PRICE. Once we were told, house would be dusted only monthly, and then 3 cleans went by without dusting. After about 3 cleans, we were then told tv wouldn’t be cleaned without signing a waiver; no waiver offered. Once we were told extractor vents weren’t included in cleaning, then cleaned that time, but not the next time. This company carries insurance, and so we were left confused why things kept changing. Little by little, less was being cleaned, but price stayed the same. Our last clean countertops left sticky, cushions not vacuumed under, and the inside stairs were left as is - not swept or vacuumed. Not good value for money long term.

We would give 3 star for long-term/repeat service, 4 star for one time.
