Few days ago a/c in my kitchen area stopped working during a hottest day.
I’ve known Mr Lee at Joytech from an a/c unit replacement job few years ago when I was preparing to sell my townhome. He did wonderful job then and I called him again for my a/c not blowing cool air.
He came right next day & checked my a/c unit. He found a capacitor was the culprit & happened to carry few extra ones in his work van. Now I have cool air in my kitchen again. He charged a very reasonable fee. He is very honest & knows his work. I would recommend him over any either HVAC company.

I randomly performed a Google Maps search when my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Multiple companies were either booked for days or weren't taking on new clients due to all the air conditioners having issues during the recent heat wave. Fortunately, I found Joytech. Mr. Lee / Joytech came out to fix my air conditioner the next morning after I contacted him. In less than 10 minutes, my AC was good to go, with a diagnosis and a fair price charged. Mr. Lee is very professional and honest, and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Mr. Lee at JoyTech was phenomenal in every way!!! He fixed our heating system so quickly & so nicely in November 2022. He was knowledgeable, prompt, responsive, efficient, effective, & professional!! He diagnosed the problem quickly & answered all our questions very clearly. He found the parts for our old old heating system on the afternoon of his first visit, came the following day, & fixed our heating within an hour!! He even figured out how to connect the new ‘tricky’ thermostat very efficiently! His pricing was also even beyond reasonable!! We STRONGLY recommend him to anyone & would like to give him 10 STARS if there’s such a thing 😊😊👍👍

Mr. Lee from Joytech was prompt in coming out to my home to fix my A/C. He is friendly and honest. He did not nickel and dime me for everything. Mr. Lee's work on my A/C was amazing. He arrived within 10 minutes of my call on 8/8/2023. I've never seen anyone faster with a test meter, diagnosing the problem, and restoring the system. There was a bad interlock switch, a weak circulating fan capacitor, and a broken motor control wire on the circuit board. His communications were friendly, brief and to the point, wasting no time. His fee was reasonable and I think well below his nearby competitors, who by the way never returned my call. Mr. Lee presents himself having an old school pride in his work. Very refreshing! I shall use his services again as my go-to HVAC expert. Thank you Mr. Lee!

Mr. Lee is trustworthy and cares about client's concerns. I had many repair projects for him to take care of and have never been disappointed with the outcomes. One replacement of HVAC unit for my office was very satisfactory and timely. The cost for this was not exorbitant. I can always reach him for his professional advice. Highly recommend him!

First of all, even though i contached Mr. Lee urgently, he finished his current work and kindly arranged for me to recieve the service withun 2 hour. The refair ckst was reasonable, a d he kindly explained the work details, and the precautions to take when using the machine, which made .me feel grateful and confident in his service.

Mr. Lee from Joytech really seemed to understand my HVAC system which is over 20 years old. My furnace would not light, and he confidently troubleshooted until he found the problem.The problem was with the board. I am pretty sure most other repairmen would have to order a new board or send our current board out for repairs. Mr. Lee bypassed the problem area and had our furnace operational within 1.5 hours. Also, Mr. Lee came out to my house within an hour of receiving my call. If you need service, text him your address and he will call you or text you back (probably in a few minutes). His English is pretty rough, but if you prefer working directly with a local business owner, Mr. Lee is a good choice.

Our HVAC had some issue during the major snowstorm with extreme cold temperature end of January 2026. We were hoping to get the repair done before everything is at a standstill due to the snowstorm. With JoyTech, we were able to get a technician out in time. The technician was punctual, kind, and honest with the service. He also educated me on some of the issues with our HVAC so any future issues could be prevented. Thanks to JoyTech, my family can avoid the bitter cold during the winter storm. Highly recommend and I would call him again if there's any other issue.

Called for emergency hvac issue. He couldn’t come because of his schedule but talked on the phone with me for a good amount of time to let me know the things that I can do. I fix the problem myself with his advice. Will definitely have more business with him. He is very experienced and professional.

If you want a honest, highly skilled, trustworthy HVAC expert with years of experience who doesn’t upsell, doesn’t guess, and doesn’t claim he needs to bring in an entourage and charge thousands to “figure it out,” that’s Mr. Lee!

We’d been dealing with a frustrating heater issue for months. It would work, then stop, then randomly start again. Two different local companies came out, charged diagnostic fees, and both said they’d need to return with a team. One even suggested drilling into the unit and quoted over a thousand dollars without any real confidence it would solve the problem. It felt like guesswork.

Mr. Lee came out a couple of days before Christmas and was the complete opposite. He spent almost three hours working through the system with complete focus and determination. You could tell it mattered to him to actually solve the problem, not patch it or push another visit. He quickly identified a drainage issue, but still took the time to rule out everything else so he could be absolutely sure.

He then customized a drainage pipe on the spot with what he had in his car, fixed the blockage, and got our heater running smoothly. No team. No second appointment. No drama. Just professionalism, pride in his craft, and true expertise. He charged us a small fraction of what others quoted and delivered far better service.

Mr. Lee, Master HVAC, came quickly upon phone call and quickly found the heat pump problem and fixed it. Then he explained in detail why fuse was blowing and heat pump wasn't working. He charged small fee for repairs and travel. Super satisfied. I now have trustable heat, A/C, and plumbing service.
