Mr. Lee provides excellent HVAC and heating repair service. He responded quickly when I called for a repair and arrived promptly. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and heating systems. I highly recommend his service.

My home wasn’t heating properly, so I called Joytech through a friend’s recommendation. They were very kind, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue quickly and simply. They seem very knowledgeable, and I was more than satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them.

Our heating system stopped working on Sunday morning, I called 6 different HVAC companies and all of them told me it’s too cold to send their technicians out (it was 15F). Mr. Lee not only answered my call right away but immediately communicated an arrival time with me (exact time down to the minute, not the 4-8 hour window other companies give you and then never show up). Mr. Lee showed up (very polite and courteous, even removed his shoes outside without me asking), diagnosed the problem within minutes, left and returned with the right part within an hour, installed the part and stayed around for 10-15 minutes to ensure the system was operational. Mr. Lee also sat down with me and spent time explaining different HVAC concepts to me to better understand how our systems functions and should function (very experienced and knowledgeable) and even recommended a fair service plan (not pushy or sales talk, just honest recommendation). Once again, this all happened on a cold winter Sunday when everyone else refused to come out, thank you Mr. Lee, you did not let me down when Len the Plumber, McCrea, Falcon and others did from the comfort of their offices and cars.

We are very pleased with Joytech HVAC. They responded fast when our AC unit failed during the summer and had the new system installed faster than we expected. The technicians are very knowledgeable, fast and work efficiently. They have quick turnaround and quality service.

We always call Mr. Lee for our electrical needs and he never disappoints. He came out quickly to fix our heater and got everything taken care of fast and efficiently. He's kind, friendly, and truly knows his stuff! He can do it all. On top of that, his prices are very reasonable. We are so glad to have someone we can count on and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
