    My ice maker stopped working I called and spoke to Jeff he told me to unplug my fridge fir about 5 minutes and the plug it back in. This reset my ice maker and it started working.     We have had Scott & Sons work on all of our appliances over the past 8+ years. They are very reasonably priced, prompt and go out of their way to accommodate any type of emergency repair. I also love that they are direct and honest about whether or not it is worth investing in repairing an appliance or replacing - no wasting our time or money. We have had them clean our dryer vent twice - it is worth every penny for the peace of mind from a safety perspective and no hassle trying to do it ourselves.     Great experience with this father and son duo!! Came out a day after calling them… were here on time! Very professional and knew what they were doing!! They didn’t just fix my problem , they went above and beyond to get all the lint out of both the inside of the dryer and my dryer vent. Mr. Jeff noticed that my vent wasn’t connected outside , so took the time to fix that! If I ever have any appliances break… they will be my first call especially because he is factory certified on all appliances!! Thank you Mr. Jeff and Zach for making this an easy and pain free experience!! And being fairly priced!

    Called Jeff about an issue with my oven. He described what he thought the issue might be over the phone. I purchased the replacement part and fixed it myself. He could have easily made a service call and charged me for the part and repair. I appreciate Jeff’s honesty and not taking advantage of the situation to make money. I highly recommend them.
