Scott and Sons Appliance Repair have been doing repair work on a variety of appliances for several of our companies for several years now. He has always been prompt, courteous, respectful and honest. He will diagnose the problem, let you know how much it will cost and stick to the price. It is so nice to deal with a company who believes in customer service! We highly recommend him!

I am compelled to write a great review for Jeff and Zack. Our refrigerator got zapped in the last storm that came through and after reading prior reviews and wanting to hire a local small business, I gave them a try. They get my highest recommendation and my wife and I could not be happier with the experience. Dependable…he does what he says and follows through. Responsive, accessible, honest, fair, knowledgeable and certified on all brands and virtually all appliances and for icing on the cake….just really nice people to work with. Glad we found them and I highly recommend them!

My ice maker stopped working I called and spoke to Jeff he told me to unplug my fridge fir about 5 minutes and the plug it back in. This reset my ice maker and it started working. I really appreciated the suggestion. Shows he is wiring to help people out without making a service call. If I need a repair company this is the one I will call. Thanks. We have had Scott & Sons work on all of our appliances over the past 8+ years. They are very reasonably priced, prompt and go out of their way to accommodate any type of emergency repair. I also love that they are direct and honest about whether or not it is worth investing in repairing an appliance or replacing - no wasting our time or money. We have had them clean our dryer vent twice - it is worth every penny for the peace of mind from a safety perspective and no hassle trying to do it ourselves. I trust them 100% and highly recommend Scott & Sons as an outstanding service provider.

Came out a day after calling them… were here on time! Very professional and knew what they were doing!! They didn’t just fix my problem , they went above and beyond to get all the lint out of both the inside of the dryer and my dryer vent. Mr. Jeff noticed that my vent wasn’t connected outside , so took the time to fix that! If I ever have any appliances break… they will be my first call especially because he is factory certified on all appliances!!

Called Jeff about an issue with my oven. He described what he thought the issue might be over the phone. I purchased the replacement part and fixed it myself. He could have easily made a service call and charged me for the part and repair. I appreciate Jeff’s honesty and not taking advantage of the situation to make money. I highly recommend them.

It’s so nice to finally have found an appliance-repair company that is down to earth and honest about their work. We had a great experience and replacement parts were ordered super fast. They went above and beyond for us from the second we called them. I Cannot recommend enough! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent service! Had the part in one day for our broken washing machine. Was very courteous, very knowledgeable, and fair priced! Even gave me tips on how to maintain my washer so that it has a long lifespan. Made sure everything was hooked back up and working well before they left. We have had such trouble with our home warranty company giving us the run-around when it came to appliance repairs. So glad we called them right away. These gentlemen were worth every cent!!! When it comes to appliance repairs, they will be who we call from now on!

I had an appointment that I needed to cancel the day of and Jeff was very understanding. As it turned out my day was not completely lost. I called Jeff and advised that I was available the remainder of the day or could reschedule. He was able to complete the dryer vent cleaning job and it was a win win for both of us. Highly recommend his services.

I just called for help fixing my washing machine and I spoke with Jeff I believe. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable, the part we need is out of stock everywhere. We hung up saying I would just find a new washer. He actually called me back a couple minutes later and told me where the part was available.
I will definitely call them for any repair and recommend you call them.

After researching issues on my own as to why my dryer stopped running - I googled appliance repair companies and Scott and Sons returned in the search menu. I called and Jeff was able to schedule an appointment with me within a day. He fixed my dryer and went above and beyond to even clean the entire unit for me. The service was great and Jeff and his son were professional and thorough. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Was looking to purchase a high end wine refrigerator off Facebook market place that needed a new compressor. A friend referred me to Scott & Son, upfront they educated me on the challenges to repair, what outcomes I could expect and ultimately declined the repair opportunity. This advice validated my other research and I truly appreciate that. Good for Scott & Son knowing their business and providing sound guidance. Truly appreciate it

I called Jeff on a Wednesday to come and take a look at my microwave and my washer machine. He came in on the same Friday. The Microwave turn table motor wasn't working and nobody else had been able to find a replacement part for it. So I decided to buy the part on my own and asked Jeff to install it. He came over with his son and told me right away that we would get it done. Oh I forgot to say that my microwave is in a built-in cabinet on top of the wall oven and other repairman didn't want to touch it. So anyways, Jeff and his son took the time and care to open up the cabinet frame and dislodge the microwave, changed the motor, and put everything back together again; and helped me clean up the dust bunnies that had been hiding in the cabinet for years. Now my microwave turn table turns like it should. Now the washer machine is another story, Jeff's diagnostic was to replace it; after 10 years in service it had worked off the bearings and was not cost-effective to repair it. I saved some money in the washer machine service call! Thanks Jeff and Sons for very good and prompt service.

We needed our dryer repair, which is time sensitive of course. They were able to come out promptly, two business days later. The fixed the issue quickly and we were back up and running in no time. We also had them clean out our dryer duct while they were here, which I suggest everyone do every so often. It was definitely necessary.

They are a family-owned business who did great work and take pride in their reputation. I highly suggest using them for any appliance repair.

Honest and transparent. I described my issues over the phone, and he advised that I’d be better off getting a new appliance. He didn’t try to get the job just to run up the bill or charge a service fee. Really great experience!

Our washing machine was leaking and Scott and Sons arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem and were prompt obtaining the part needed, installed quickly and we're back in business.

Jeff was extremely helpful with getting my dishwasher to drain again. With a few helpful hints on what to do (through the phone) before he were to come, he nailed the solution. He definitely could have charged me for coming out but instead, asked me to do a few things to save the money. It worked, and I'll definitely spread his name around and save it for future repair needs. Many thanks Jeff!

Cannot say enough of how good of an experience I had with Scott and Sons. After calling and leaving messages to a variety of other businesses and filling out online forms, I came across them on google and received a call back that day to set up a time to fit me in and diagnose my washer within the next day even though they were slammed. Jeff ordered the parts I needed and squeezed me in again the day they arrived and got everything up and running. Super reasonable on cost and transparent on labor versus parts. I will absolutely be using them for any appliance repair and recommending to my neighbors. Awesome work on providing honest and reliable service.

THEY REPAIR APPLIANCES WITH STOLEN PARTS. BEWARE!

This company purchases used parts on eBay to do their repairs. Then, they file a false claim and initiate a return through eBay. Next, they keep the parts they purchase and return the nonfunctioning parts that they replaced to the eBay seller.

Scott & Sons completely ignore the sellers' requests for the parts purchased to be returned, and then eBay forces the sellers to refund Scott & Sons.

In a nutshell, Scott & Sons repair appliances using stolen parts at the expense of the businesses they obtain those parts from. This is despicable and dishonest.

Scott & Sons likely charge their customers for the parts they fraudulently receive. It makes one curious what other shady tactics Scott & Sons employ in their day to day business.

I certainly would never recommend this dishonest, thieving business. They ripped me off and will likely rip you off, too. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves, Scott and Sons.
