Excellent to work with. Very responsive and excellent workmanship. Will definitely use them again for additional jobs. Highly recommend.

I've known the Turners for years. I once had just a few shingles blow off in a storm and they sent some guys over to patch my roof on short notice. No job too small to make a customer satisfied!

If there's one thing I truly value in both business and life, it's surrounding myself with people who genuinely care—and that’s exactly what you get when you work with Turner Roofing.

Every time I’ve worked with them, it’s clear they bring passion, professionalism, and heart to everything they do. From start to finish, their team approaches each project with an unmatched level of attention and care, and that’s what really sets them apart.

Mike, in estimating, is incredibly thorough—always delivering clear, detailed scopes and offering thoughtful alternates when needed. His estimates are consistently accurate and easy to understand, making the planning phase smooth and stress-free.

And then there’s Steve—what a rockstar. Not only does he handle all their purchasing, but he’s the kind of guy who can jump into any situation, adapt to last-minute changes from GCs or architects, and make it all look effortless. He wears multiple hats with ease, keeps things moving, keeps everyone happy, and somehow always manages to do it with a big smile and a great attitude. That kind of energy is rare and makes a huge difference on the job site.

If you're stuck trying to choose a roofing company, I hope this helps you make that decision easier. Turner Roofing checks every box: skilled, dependable, flexible, and above all—great people who truly care. Give them a call—you’ll see exactly why I’m leaving this 5-star review. I’m confident you’ll be doing the same soon.

Tony from Turner roofing was fantastic. He had a quick response time and was able to locate, explain, and repair our roof issue. Highly recommend and would use Tony again.

All workers were respectful and took care of personal property and landscaping. Roof was installed few days after contract signed. Estimate was cheaper than other contractors in the area.

I'm disconcerted to offer this review, but it is what it is. Turner Roofing did our residential roof, a relatively unique flat butterfly roof style on a midcentury modern house, a large and very pricey job done in tandem with a whole house renovation. There's plenty good to say about Turner - I enjoyed speaking and working with the Turner folks; they generally seem very nice, caring, diligent, in some ways went out of their way to do a good job, and generally the outcome is acceptable (with some issues aside from the next point). Except during the occasional torrential rain. There, the picture tells the story, and a river pouring off the roof is not acceptable. One obviously can't stop such episodic rains from occurring, but there are ways to divert and route such quantities of water; in short, to manage such situations. Nor was this concern a surprise as, going into the job, drainage during torrential rains was my top concern that I'd repeatedly conveyed. Specific efforts in that regard included ensuring a main drain spout was properly sized and having tapering to divert some water flow to other roof drain points. Also, to be clear, during this storm the drains were not clogged as the likelihood of heavy rain was forecast and I had just been on the roof to ensure drains were clear. But, I've now written to Turner multiple times asking them to help come up with a solution, which I don't think would be all that challenging, and sadly there's no response.

01/23/2025 update - Mr. Turner was in touch today (not sure what precipitated that) but I'm very glad and very optimistic this may lead to a resolution of the problem with the torrential rain overflow. As I'd earlier mentioned, I had observed many really good attributes about the company and am really hopeful of reaching a good conclusion, and as a result of this promise I have significantly raised the star ating.

03/21/2025 update - Turner Roofing folks this week finished up addressing the roof section in question, and while it'll take a torrential rain to see how it performs, it seems like it'll do the job, it looks really good, and the Turner folks were really great to work with over the past couple months to get this addressed. I think earlier there was just a bit of a communication failure that led to this taking a while to address, but once they focused on it they were fabulous, and I do commend and recommend them.

From Start to Perfect Finish the Entire Turner Roofing Team was honestly above and outstanding Professional. Thus, I would only recommend them for any of your roofing needs, whether New Installation or Repairs.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from the guys at Turner! From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, and very thorough. The communication was clear throughout the entire process—they kept me updated every step of the way and answered all the questions patiently.

The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the area around the house spotless. The quality of the workmanship was great; high-quality materials and the crew didn’t cut corners. The new roof looks fantastic and gives us real peace of mind. Highly recommended!

I have user turner roofing several time over the past 15 years. Although the roofing on the latest one 2018, was done fine, the installation crew messed on the siding around the chimney and remove one of the J channels and didn't replace it. I spoke with the project manager at least twice afterwards with no action being taken.

Wonderful company to deal with. They show up quickly and on time. Repairs are done correctly and quick. There is never any "up-quoting." Love them for services here at my new home and at my former home.

As the president of a small 40 unit garden style condo complex I hired Turner to replace our failing flat roofing on 3 buildings. Pricing was competitive and they completed the project quickly as promised. to my knowledge there have been zero issues since completion

Turner did a great job for a large project that I was associated with at an educational facility. Additionally they did a great job for a roof and skylight repair at my residence. I highly recommend their services for any needs, large or small.

Turner Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. The price was reasonable, beating other estimates, while also doing the job in one day. I am very satisfied.

I had multiple estimates for my roof in the White Marsh area and I felt that Turner Roofing was the most honest and came off as the most genuine. Their quote was very fair and they were able to schedule my home pretty quickly. The crew that came to install was clean, polite and efficient. The roof looks great and I have zero complaints. Family run companies are important to me and this family does it right!

We had a roof repair checklist that included singlet replacement, siding repairs, and a few other items. Turner Roofing came out to inspect everything just two days after I contacted their office. I was able to schedule the repair for the following week. Their pricing was fair, and the service was impressively professional.

It has been a year since our new roof and so far no problems at all. I found Turner Roofing to be an excellent company to deal with. They took care that my plants were not harmed, cleaned up all residue and did an excellent professional job on the roof which looks great. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
