I was referred to Advanced Moisture Protection several years ago however I tried to get by with DIY roof patches. Well this most recent snow followed by the steady stream of rain showed me that although I'm quite handy I need to leave roofing to the experts. The team at Advance followed up on the 11pm email I sent the next day and had someone out to my house within 48 hours. The updated proposal received was not much more than what I was originally quoted almost 4 years earlier. Since I had to work when my roof was being repaired I was emailed each morning when the team arrived and provided an overview of what work be done that day. I could not be more pleased with the final product and would wholeheartedly recommend Advance to anyone needing their flat roof done.

Love my new roof from AMEN Advance MP Roofing! Everything about them is exceptional from the customer service to the work they perform. While replacing the roof, one of the guys noticed some water was getting behind the siding. He took the siding off and replaced the damaged wood behind it, then patched it all up. True professionals! After the roof was put on, they even came out to do some work on my eaves at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Advance Moisture Protection!

In my time of crisis, Advanced Moisture was amazing. After several days of constant rainfall, my roof began leaking horribly. This eventually lead to my ceiling collapsing in my bathroom. I contacted Krystal, and she was a God send. She calmed me, and assured that they will take care of me, and they did! A crew came to my house immediately to install a temporary solution until the insurance company completed their process. Through out this entire ordeal, Advance Moisture was reliable, professional, and extremely helpful. Their prices and workmanship were awesome, and customer care was beyond outstanding! They were very patient, and worked with me with no hesitation. When I came back home to inspect the finished job, I literally rode past my own home. I didn’t recognize it! The roof is perfect!! I will certainly refer and use them again! Thank you all so much. I couldn’t have hired a better team.

I had advanced moisture protection come out and replace my roof in 2020. They ordered 30% more shingles, charged me for them and took all of the extra shingles. I asked "could I keep them since I paid for them and they said no, We always order extra shingles just in case". They just keep them. I thought this was odd but as this wasn't my first roof as a homeowner for 27 years, they did a good job so I didn't think much of it. We moved in 2022 and wanted to replace our roof. I called advanced moisture protection. They gave me an estimate with almost 1,000 extra square footage of shingles. I called my contractor as he does roofing as well. He took a look and said "I have no idea why they're asking you for almost 3,000 square foot of shingles when you only need less than 2,000". Unbelievable. I called and spoke to the manager but she could not give me a good reason as to why they would order so many extra shingles. I don't know if this company is still in business as my father used this company and can't get through to them at all to inspect his roof after hail damage. Ultimately I used Chesapeake contracting owner Mat Dybala. They came in at $3,000 less and did an excellent job all while using better materials. I've since used Mat for replacement Windows (14 new windows Provia Endure series rated top vinyl replacement window 2024) and for my shed roofs. Often It's cheaper to replace a large shed roof than an entire shed. Chesapeake contracting also replaced the footers, posts and main beams for our enclosed deck. Mat and his company have always gone above and beyond. They work on your house as if it was their own. I think that's the best compliment you can give a company.

Advance Roofing did an amazing job fixing my roof. Many shingles got blown away over the years, and they came in, replaced the shingles and repaired the roof at a an AMAZING price! Their workmen were respectful of my property, cleaned up everything and I barely knew they were there working on the roof. The project overall took 2 days, and they did a fantastic job. The office staff is very courteous and responds to your questions very quickly.

This is how they left my roof two different colors. Part of my roof was done and the other part was not. I did not know or find this out until my Chimney Company took this picture and gave it to me. I could not see the portion of the roof that was not done from my parking pad. I had to get on the side to see the unfinished job. When I found this out I immediately contacted the company around November and December 2022 and was told that someone would get in touch with me about this matter. Advanced Moisture Protection, Inc. did send someone from the company to look at my roof but no one called me back. I was wondering why and it is now March 2023 and the number listed is a message that the number is not valid. I wonder if they have gone out of business without addressing my concern. When I clicked on their website it is no longer up and running and there is no way to contact them.
