The technicians that installed my air conditioner and furnace were very efficient, knowledgeable, patient with my continuous questions, and affable.
I appreciate how respectful they were to me and my property. They left everything as they found it when they cleaned up.

My technicians, Shawn and Brian were excellent troubleshooting my HVAC unit and repairing the unit explaining as they went along I am thoroughly happy with their service. I would Recommend the services of A plus.

The AC service I received today was wonderful. But technicians listening to my issues and concerns and pinpointed the issue within 5 minutes. Through their trusted service I signed up for the annual maintenance program.

His expertise as an electrician was certainly much appreciated. He explained (in detail) each aspect of my project which helped me better access the scope of this project. It's rare to find an electrician with such a wealth of knowledge who can explain a very sizable project in a manner that can be understood by a layperson.

Anthony and Brian were great technicians and experienced in explaining in layman’s terms the inner workings of furnace.

I received great customer service from my technician, Omar Brooks today. He was very knowledgeable and was able to detect and fix my A/C unit. He explained everything and showed me exactly what the problem was and showed me everything he had done once he completed the work. Thank you, Omar!

I had Dwayne and Daryle replace my broken furnace and AC unit. They were both very professional and even informed me of other things around the house that might need being looked into.

Everyone I've contacted within A-Plus has been extremely friendly and helpful. There was only one real issue, and it was settled in a way that made it clear that customer service was the priority. I would highly recommend using A-Plus for your HVAC needs.

Robert Walton with APLUs is the absolute best. He performed service on my sump pump today and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I truly appreciated his taking the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing along the way. The overall service and interaction was excellent! I recommend asking for him by name, because I definitely will !!

I called on a Sunday and the cost was extremely reasonable - no emergency fee charge. The skilled technician Patrick showed up with a company customer service rep. A previous company thought it was the condensate line but the system was cutting off still. Patrick diagnosed the control board wasn’t working and I’d need a new one. They provided an estimate for the part. I followed up the next day and they told me the part was available and they’d try to repair as soon as it came in. Today they came over and installed. I like their system - they send a text and call when they’re coming and you can see a map of where the tech is in route. Friendly and prompt.

3 months later, I called A-Plus for an A/C check-up in advance of summer. Omar and Adrian were the technicians and were really helpful and effective. Tune-ups are affordable and they let me know about a problem I might have with the mini split.

A plus came out on the weekend to replace our water heater and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thanks for the great service!

As with my first experience with Omari he came in with his excellent customer service leading the time way. He assessed the situation and informed me of what the problem was, explained to me what was needed to fix it. After the job was completed he advised me on preventative maintenance measures to prevent future problems. As I stated earlier Omari's professional knowledge and all around excellent customer service reflects great credit to your company. Thank you again and your group leads the way for AC service in my book.

Shawn is an amazing, honest and professional technician. When we experienced some serious issues with the company and our system, eventually both Shawn and his manager (who's name escapes me) showed up, repaired our HVAC unit and we are thankful for all they have done. The unit is back up and running, so far so good. There is one error message still showing on our indoor panel, however they assured us this would go away and we expect it will, and if not we will reach back out to them.

Robert Walton did my annual plumbing inspection and his customer service was above reproach; undeniably great service. He’s was both knowledgeable and courteous. He took time to explain everything as he moved through the inspection process. Robert is truly a service expert! Thank you!

Today I had the fortunate experience of having technician Omari Brooks over at my house to do repairs on my A/C unit. The heat was not working. He discovered that he needs to order some much needed parts in order to have the entire unit functioning at its highest level. He will return for another appointment. Fortunately, while I patiently wait for my next appointment, I am currently able to make use of the backup heating system if it gets too cold in my house! I have brother Omari to thank for that!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn Griffin from A Plus Services, and I can't say enough about his professionalism and helpfulness! From the moment he arrived, Shawn was courteous, respectful of our home, and clearly very knowledgeable about our HVAC system.

My experience with A-Plus was positive. R.Walton the service tech explained everything to me in detail. While performing service, it was explained step by step which allowed me to get a full understanding of service being completed. Also, future recommendations were made and information was provided to extend the life of my systems. Robert went above & beyond to ensure i was comfortable with the service. Dwayne and Daryl replaced our HVAC today. Their work is top notch and the system replacement was seamless. They explained the new thermostat, tested the system to ensure it was running properly and cleaned up everything before leaving. Very professional and very pleasant. Highly recommend!!
