Shawn Griffin was great. He explained the problem to us. He got the system working that night. It was late. We thought he would just cancel our appointment because another customer's job took way longer than expected. He still showed up at 11pm that evening. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

A Plus Technician, Shawn G, was knowledgeable and efficient. He gave an excellent explanation of the issues & my options. He was accompanied by Brian, who also gave additional info on options. I am very satisfied with the repair and helpful info on maintaining the system.

Shawn was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through possible issues without pressuring me, and handled a tricky situation with care and expertise. Even when he couldn’t immediately pinpoint the leak, he laid out my options honestly and respectfully. It’s rare to find someone this honest and easy to work with in home services. I highly recommend Shawn if you’re looking for someone reliable, thorough, and genuinely helpful!

James arrived on time, he was amazing competent professional he gave me so many choices. He took the time to go into great depth. He saved me money from paying extra with another electrician who was overcharging for things I didn’t need. He took the time to show me the products I needed to buy on the Internet or could buy. He gave me so many options and he was patient friendly. On the day He arrived to install everything, he was so thorough and competent… James definitely went the extra mile in explaining things.. he cleaned up and gave me more tips about the app. I definitely will use their company service because of James.

A-Plus Service Expects provided service quickly. The technician who came out (Omari Brooks) was professional. He answer all of my questions and fixed the problem. I recommend him highly if you have any heating issues during this cold season.

A-Plus has come through for me once again. We recently replaced out 16yr old heat pump system afterheating failed. Thanks again to Brian Perry for helping us select the proper sytem for our home within our budget. The installation technicians Dwayne and Darryl did a fantastic job removing old system and installing the new system. They provided great education during the install and answered all of my questions. They were very professional and respectful of my home, cleaning up well when they were done. We are thoroughly enjoying our new system just in time for the winter, after using space heaters for the last few weeks! Thanks again A-plus!

A-Plus serviced my HVAC in 2021, and replaced the gas valve. This time, a fuse blew, which, according to Omari Brooks, was caused by the malfunctioning Inducer Motor and possibly the Pressure Switch. He priced everything out and I told him, “Let’s get it fixed.” Omari was very specific, professional, and efficient. I definitely appreciate doing business with A-Plus!
UPDATE: December 23, 2025 - Omar came back to complete the repair of my HVAC. He replaced all the defective parts, and the heat was blowing fine.
Omar's professional and exceptional service and communication totally outshine the communication I received from the office about ordering the parts needed to repair my HVAC. I approved the repair on December 1, but the parts did not arrive until December 22. After 2 weeks of calling and not obtaining the parts, someone was finally able to figure out the issue. Apparently, it had nothing to do with the technician or me; it was an issue between the vendor and A-Plus Heat and Air. Whatever the confusion was, it should not ever interfere with customer service or completing a customer's repair. Because of the 3 weeks I had to wait, I lost money. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Anthony Jones was our technician. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He inspected our HVAC equipment inside as well as outside which left us with the added confidence that our equipment will continue to serve us now and in the future. Thank you so much.

The technicians from A-Plus Service Experts, Anthony Jones and Dwayne did an outstanding job cleaning our air ducts. They were prompt, courteous, and clearly experts at what they do. They took the time to show us before-and-after photos and made sure we were satisfied with the results. We Highly recommend this team!

Dwayne Henry and Daryle installed a new air conditioning and heating unit in our home. They were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. They explained how the system work, and answered all of our questions regarding the system, particularly ensuring that we will have all documents related to the purchase of the unit. Robert once again did a great job of installing my new sink and vanity combo. He also fixed the leak in the drain and cleaned out another drain. This was done in a reasonable amount of time. He is always pleasant and professional, and his works complete. He cleans up after himself and make general recommendations. Way to go Robert and thank you.

Duwayne and Darrell or shall I say D&D (did a great deal) of professional work. Everything was exciting because they explained everything to me and my mother When I asked about my water heater he told me how old it was and explained how a new one would work and they order use a new one. A-Plus has a great team of talented individuals who have been amazing to have in our home. Duyawane and Darrell are very knowledgeable. 5 Stars all the way across the board for me and my mother GREAT JOB GUYS
