Conrey Construction made my roofing project the simplest and fastest home project I checked off my list this year. I reached out to Conrey on a recommendation from a family member and
I was completely pleased with the service I received. Skip Conrey, the owner, was very knowledgeable about roofing and happy to explain the process to me. In addition, he went over the different choices I had in picking the kind of roof I wanted. I love the twenty-year warranty I got with my roof and he made sure my roof met Baltimore County codes—which my current roof didn’t—which definitely is going to help me with energy costs moving forward. The total cost of my roof was wonderful, and I didn’t feel like I got ripped off or that someone was trying to take advantage of me. Skip constantly kept me updated on my roofing supply delivery date as well as the timeframe of the actual install—less than 3 weeks from signature of contract to roof installation—AWESOME!!!!! The day before installation, Skip let me know his guys were coming. The next day they showed up nice and early ready to work. They carefully, and I mean carefully, tarped my front yard and back deck and moved my garden decorations to keep them out of harms way. I was able to leave his team to their work at my home while I ran errands that day. Skip and his nephew came by while I was out that day to make sure my install was going ok, and not just a drive-by, they stayed a while. They were there when I came back home and stayed to give me an update on the project status, which was completed exactly when Skip said it would be. My new roof is gorgeous! The customer service from the Conrey Family was excellent. I’ve had a lot of projects done to my home over the years, but what really impressed me was cleanup. While there was a massive amount of debris from the removal of my old roof and installation of brand new roof, when Skip’s workers finished for the day, my property looked like they were never there. I highly recommend Conrey Construction if you’re looking to get a new roof or any kind of roof work done. When they say, “Always on the Level…No Bull”, they mean it.

Got a new roof replacement done by Conrey Construction Co.
Dealt with Brady throughout the entire process. He was easily accessible and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The install was done in one day and the Lifetime Certainteed Landmark shingles look great.

Doesn't get much better than no nonsense salesmen, honest work, and fair prices. Conrey construction replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. Skip swung by my house and explained to me I may be able to make an insurance claim due to visible wind damage to my shingles and walked me through the whole process. Sure enough he was right and 4 days later his crew was here and had the whole job done in 3 hours. I was so pumped at how great it looked I asked for a quote for new gutters and down spouts because they have been overflowing. Skip talked me out of it, said they were in perfect condition and that the pitch was too steep then had one of his guys fix it for me for free. It was altogether a fantastic experience, I would highly recommend Conrey if you are in the market for a new roof. LOVE this company. Tim is so responsive and helpful!! Over 10 years ago, we had all the windows in our home replaced. They were so amazing to work with. Recently, a few windows needed to be repaired and not only did the company (Alside) that provided the windows stand behind their warranty, but Tim came promptly and repaired it. Just had a full roof replacement after a storm caused wind damage. Skip, the owner, was very communicative and came to the house to discuss the whole process and came back out to meet with the insurance adjuster. He reached out several times throughout to plan around hurricane Ida and get his crew out timely and not damage our lawn with shingles.
The crew was extremely professional and efficient. Communicating with me as they went and cleaning up completely before leaving. You couldn’t even tell they were here except for the beautiful new roof! Would definitely work with Conrey again!!

I recently had Conrey Construction replace the roof on one of my rental properties in Mt. Airy.
I had an estimate from another company and I was overwhelmed by the pushy salesman that said I had to make a decision on the spot.
When Brady came out he showed me drone photos of the roof and pointed out some signs of wear and tear that comes with a 25yr old roof. Fortunately/Unfortunately there wasn’t any storm damage and Brady advised me that it wasn’t worth filing a claim with my homeowners insurance. He left me with a written estimate and references of jobs he did nearby. After doing some research I was comfortable moving forward with Conrey Construction.
The crew that did the install was very efficient and installed the roof in 1 day and cleaned up like they were never there. Now every time it rains I have peace of mind that I won’t be getting a call about it leaking!

We just had our siding, fascia, and soffit replaced by Conrey Construction Co. We worked with Brady throughout the entire process and he was very easy to work with. The install crew was polite and very efficient, finishing the job in two days. Brady even came back after the job was complete to make sure everything was cleaned up and no debris was left in the yard. I recently had my roof replaced by Conrey Construction Co. I noticed their signs popping up everywhere when they were replacing a few of my neighbors roofs. Brady stopped by one day and pointed out some signs of storm damage on my roof as well. He was able to help me make sure the full replacement was covered by insurance because of the damage. The crew worked hard to make sure the house and garage roofs were replaced in a single day.

Had a great experience with Conrey Construction in putting new shingles on our roof and replacing the existing gutters. Skip, the owner, worked with us directly in providing an estimate and planning the job. He proactively communicated throughout and was quick to respond to any questions (usually within a few minutes). He even followed up with us informally at least twice since the work was completed. He offered a competitive price, the crews were extremely professional and courteous, and the work was completed in the timeframe and according to the specifications required. Got a new roof installed in Woodstock, Maryland by Conrey Construction. Enjoyed working with a local family owned company. This was a project that involves insurance company, Brady was EXTREMELY patient and helpful throughout the entire process.
