Mike just finished annual furnace maintenance sevice...fast,friendly and efficient, as always

Called Quality for my 78 yr old father in law who’s heating system had gone out during the night on Thursday into Friday. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful, and got a tech, Ricky out immediately. Ricky was very pleasant and got the burner up and running. The burner went out again overnight Friday into Saturday, my husband called Quality and got a “gentleman” with a very nasty attitude, and told my husband that we must be all set because we got it running again by pushing the reset button. Saturday into Sunday, the burner quit again overnight. Once again my husband called Quality and the same man answered the phone and gave my husband a bunch of attitude we didn’t need while our loved one was sitting in the cold. He told my husband a he’d see if he could find a tech, and call us back. He never called back. I found another qualified tech who came out and charged a very nominal fee to get it running again. I do NOT recommend Quality and I’m sure this review will disappear since you, as a business owner can choose your reviews for a fee.

Responsive, answered all questions, honest, proactive. I value that they are local, family owned.

I have been a satisfied customer of Quality Home Heating for several years, and their service is always top notch! This week I contracted them to replace the oil tank in a hard to reach location. No complaints despite the cold temps and lousy conditions; they were very professional, showed up on-time, and worked continuously with no breaks. The job was finished ahead of time and they cleaned up spotlessly when finishing up. I could not be happier with their work!! Five-star all the way!! :-)

I would highly recommend Quality Home Heating. They were prompt and did a great job. The service Tech was very helpful, polite, and took care of all my service needs.

They gave me a two hour window for an oil burner cleaning. The technician showed up in that window. He was professional and answered any questions I had. They charged $199 for the cleaning.

Mike Lopes was efficient and solved my problem quickly. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Tech arrived with a fully equipment van, took the furnace apart, cleaned it thoroughly changed all the filters and nozzle. Once serviced was done tech wipe down the entire furnace and vacuum floor. Nice job

Mike Lopes removed my old oil tank and installed a new one. I found him to be very knowledgeable and courteous. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly. He left the job site spotless. I will tell people that I know where to get good service.

Half our heating systems stopped working so I called Quality Home Heating and they came the same day, late on a Friday, and restored the heat. Professional, reliable, and courteous.
