Steve was great. Explained what was going on with the thermostat. Blame it on the snow... Hopefully all is well, I have no reason to think it won't. See you in the spring for air conditioning check up.

I had a problem with a service that I had with Quality after a service to clean my boiler!! 36 hours after cleaning my boiler I had smoke filling my basement when I woke!! The 5 star review isn’t what happened but how it was handled!! The company assumed responsibility for the error and I’m extremely thankful!!. Heard from the owner and He rectified the problem immediately!! That’s a company you want to deal with!! Thanks Quality Home Heating!!$

Today we had Mike Lopes service our heating system. Mike was informative, thorough and clearly very experienced! I would not hesitate to call Quality Home Heating in the future.

Dennis, the technician who came to do work, was very thorough and took care of all the issues I had with my furnace. He was also very informative and did a great job cleaning up around the furnace when he was done.

Excellent oil furnace maintenance service. Very thorough. Very friendly and left the place spotless. Took time to answer any questions I had. Looking forward to using them again next year.

I was due to have my oil burner serviced but I had had a water leak in basement so I had been putting it off until the problem was resolved. I just completed the cleaning process so I called for an appointment and they scheduled me for two days later. Technician arrived at the appointment time and completed the job in a timely manner.

The technician yesterday December 02,2025 i believe his name was Dennis was wonderfully talented, patient, knowledgeable, honest and kind. Since this was my first time using this company I will recommend it and will use it again and again if I have any issues with my furnace. I can honestly say They stand by their name QUALITY
