Nick Pandolfi and his team took our sandlot of a yard and turned it into a showstopper. From start to finish, Nick was receptive to our input and we could not be happier with the results.

Pandolfi Landscape Construction installed pavers around our pool. Their price was quite competitive with other contractors. The project turned out very well and we are quite pleased with the result.

Nick at Pandolfi Construction did a terrific job on my patio. From initial planning through mid-stream changes and final execution (and clean-up!), the patio installation was handled professionally with the quality of work being second to none. I strongly recommend them.

Nick and his guys did a fantastic job installing a Soake plunge pool at our house in Connecticut. Our town requires many permits and inspections when installing a pool, and Melissa, his office manager, and Nick dealt with all the details and scheduling, which was not an easy task. He was wonderful to work with, an excellent communicator, and understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish with the siting and design of the pool. We are thrilled with the end result and would recommend him to anyone looking for personalized attention and excellent follow-through.

We cannot say enough about Pandolfi Landscape Construction! We had no hope for our lawn but they turned our dead, brown, horrible looking grass and made it healthy and green again. They showed up on time, came when they said they would, and took the time to explain the overseeding and fertilizing process. They go above and beyond to make sure that your satisfied. Pandolfi Landscape Construction has been outstanding in handling snow removal for our church. They are reliable, prompt, and ensure our property is safe and accessible after every storm. Their professionalism and attention to detail are truly top-notch. The owner himself is willing to shovel or get on a snowblower to ensure the job is done right.
They've also done patio work for us, and the work was exquisite. It continues to be one of the most-populated areas on our property in the warmer months, and we just love how it came out.

Based on their reviews, I was looking forward to meeting with Nick and getting an estimate on my replacement patio. Unfortunately, things did not go as I had hoped. I did wait two weeks for Nick to come out, but I liked his ideas and his vision. I had a design and stone already picked out and the job would be able to be completed as I had hoped. However, he told me that my estimate would not be completed for two weeks, which was very disappointing. I was clear with him what my financial parameters were and what I would not pay. After two weeks, no estimate. I called him and he told me it would be an another week for my estimate. So three weeks out. This concerned me because jobs are being done to get the money in, but no time for estimates to be completed. When I finally got the estimate it was way over my budget by 6 K dollars. A few days later, I received an email from Nick asking If I got the estimate and if I reviewed it. I called him and told him that it was way too much for me to justify paying for my job and that I had been clear with him about the pricing when we met. He was filled with apologies and said, just give me 24 to 48 hours and you will have a new estimate, I promise. Well it’s been a month later and no estimate or phone call. My job was not a big job. It was not a large patio. I believe that had a large impact on his not interested in completing it. Otherwise, he would have been more expeditious in taking the job. Customer service and consistency is key for me. Unprofessionalism is not what I am looking for and have moved on at this point.

Nick and his team demoed an existing deck, installed a paver patio complete with plantings, and completed grading work to address a drainage issue at our house.

They produced high quality design documents and diagrams for us, and management of the "admin" side of the project was seamless through their proposal and invoicing software. For the project itself, they took care to involve us in design decisions, used high quality materials throughout, and generally did things the "right" way/ did not cut corners.

Our house is built on a hillside, which makes it very challenging to move equipment and materials on a good day - throw in some some bad luck with weather and it makes it all the more difficult. Nick and his team navigated these hurdles with the utmost professionalism. They worked hard every day they were here, and communication was excellent from estimate through post-project clean-up and check-ins. We were beyond impressed, and would recommend Pandolfi Landscape Construction to anyone.

I’ve used Pandolfi Landscape Construction for 2 jobs now over 2 seasons.

For the first project, they installed a small retaining wall and regraded my yard so that water would stop going into my basement when it rains heavily. I’m happy to say that in the 15 months since that project completed, my basement has remained completely dry.

The second project was replacing the pool deck with beautiful travertine natural stone pavers. The project came out beautiful.

Beyond impress with Pandolfi Landscape Construction. We had a water pipe burst underneath our old front patio and the entire patio had to be replaced! Nick was quick to come out and create a design and project quote. They finished the project in about 2 1/2 days! I can't say enough good things about the company and the work they do - the patio came out amazing! Highly recommend them!

Nick and his team (Dan and Don) were amazing. The communication and timeliness of the job was on point. Pandolfi Landscapes put the pool patio in, built an outdoor kitchen, installed a fire pit as well a water fall into the pool with a fire feature. They also constructed a fountain area in my front landscape with a beautiful sidewalk to get from the driveway to the front door. All of this was highlighted with low voltage lighting. We could not be more pleased.
