We needed to have the carpets cleaned in four rooms. Someone else was living in the house and had really done a number on the carpets. Not only did Rob and Nick do a phenomenal (I should say PHENOMENAL) job cleaning them but they were incredibly nice. They ended up cleaning the vents, which were beyond filthy, as well as the hood for the oven/stove. Thank you so much for everything! They are awesome, local and family owned. Linda, who runs the office is wonderful to work with, too! I would highly recommend using them for any of your cleaning issues! Thank you, Linda, Rob and Nick for the professional, incredible job!

Amazing experience with Grimaldi’s Cleaning. Rob and Julio were extremely professional and did an outstanding job cleaning two large area rugs and a couch. All contained various pet stains and they were able to successfully remove all stains! So pleased with their work and will be having them back soon to clean all of our bedrooms and bonus room that have wall-to-wall carpeting. Hire them. You will not be disappointed!

We were overdue for a carpet cleaning and Grimaldi’s did a fantastic job. Our carpets now look great and like new! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who worked hard to ensure the job was done right. Our front steps and walkway also needed a good scrubbing and power wash and they took care of that too. Our front steps now also look 100% better. I would use Grimaldi’s again and will recommend to others.

Grimaldi's Cleaning exceeded my expectations in cleaning my leather sectional, four chairs, sofa and carpets!!! Bob and Julio were very professional and arrived on time. I was skeptical about cleaning the leather sectional he cleaned a small area by hand to demonstrate the difference. I was embarrassed to see it! The sectional looks brand new! I will be recommending Grimaldi's Cleaning to my friends and plan on making this an annual service.

My mother hired Grimaldi's to clean the carpets at her church. Not only did they do the job same day, but the carpets truly look like new! Excellent in every way!! HIGHLY recommend! (Also, the owner was more than kind and generous to my mother, and gave her an unbelievable price - thank you!!)

I cannot praise Grimald’s enough. I called needing my carpet cleaned within 4 days. They took my name and number and told me they would call me if they had a last minute chance to fit me in. Within 4 hours they called back and fit me in that same day. My carpet had never been cleaned and the stairs were almost black. My real estate agent told me I’d never get them clean. When Grimaldi’s was done (IN JUST AN HOUR) my carpet looked like new. I was so grateful. They were honest, straight forward and clear about what they could do and the cost. They exceeded my expectations!!!!! The pictures below are the after pics. I was too embarrassed to take pics of the carpet before However If Grimaldi’s has the before pics they are welcome to post them.

Everything is so fresh & so clean! Grimaldi's has been cleaning my parents home for 30 years & now I have them cleaning mine. Not only does my couch look brand new and the rugs are spotless but they also cleaned the tile floor in my kitchen! Using them was a great experience and I'll be recommending them to everyone.

Totally unprofessional. He initially took over the job but then right before starting, completely vanished. Communication is huge issue, would not recommend.

Very disappointed with Peter. At first it was working out great but then problems occurred and I tried and tried to get in touch with him but he never would return my call. I would not recommend him. He is totaling unprofessional!

I don’t normally leave reviews, you hire someone to do the job, pay them and go on with life. By Design Landscapes was the exception to my rule. They were excellent if you want to know more about them and my experience keep reading.

As always, I call multiple contractors to get a quote for the work I am looking to get done. By Design Landscapes quote was significantly less than the other companies.

Peter’s old school idea of customer service was refreshing to see for a change. He went out of his way to come back to the house and review his proposal with us. He was onsite personally ensuring the job was done to our satisfaction.

We were looking to have an area of our yard transitioned to a stone bed and have a row of arbors planted for privacy. The initial quote was for 13, his price included personally picking them out, picking them up, delivery to the house and planting them.

Once they were in place it was obvious we needed 1 more to fill in the area. Peter took his lunch, drove to the nursery, and picked up the additional one before I knew it. He wanted to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction that day. I was very pleased by what little additional he charged me for the last one. He took what I added to the job for the additional arbor and cut it in half.

Peter and his crew installed a paver edging to enclose the stones. Trying to match existing pavers that were installed 15 years ago was no simple feat. He went to a pavers supply store and delivered samples for us to pick from. They are not the exact same paver but about as close as you could get.

BDLC did a wonderful job on my patio project last July. Peter presented a great design explaining in detail all of the steps it would entail. From demolition of existing patio to meticulous installation, he lead the way working laboriously with his team. He is extremely timely, reliable and his equipment is second to none. I would recommend him highly as he is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and most of all is a kind and courteous man taking interest in his clients and pride in his workmanship.

Peter and his team are professional and do a thorough job. Peter spend consulting time with us about the look and feel of creating an outdoor space not just a patio. The work involved a design with pavers with complements of color and a contrasting border defining the space. We had drainage problems and he grated and pitched the area to restore proper drainage. In addition, he did a beautiful sidewalk in front of our home. Peter has college degree credentials and certifications in landscape and horticultural sciences. He planted five large ornamental trees in our property adding to the esthetics of our garden. I highly recommend Peter and trust him and his team for this work.

Peter has done many projects for me over the years including patios, walkways, landscape design and installation, transplanting, mulching, trimming and pruning. He is very knowledgeable and understands the aesthetic I desire. He makes great suggestions and I highly value his opinion. Peter and his crew work tirelessly and are a pleasure to have around. I would recommend By Design Landscape Concepts without hesitation.

We have had By Design do many projects to improve our landscape over the last 20 years. We would not consider using anyone else, because we have always had excellent results from Peter. He has built several walls, a large patio, and several large areas and landscapes of trees, flowering shrubs and large areas of new turf.
Peter has an excellent feel for the esthetics, and with his landscape architecture degree he gives each job a personal touch. He also does a great job of maintaining areas by pruning and shaping, not shearing.
Mulching and edging add the final touches.
He and his crew are always friendly and hard working and we appreciate their work.

By Design Landscape Concepts did an absolutely beautiful job restoring our flower beds: cleaning up, removing a dying tree (including the stump!), edging, and mulching. The team is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge which we really appreciated. We are already looking forward to calling By Design Landscape Concepts again in the future.

Peter is someone you should know if you want a beautiful, durable, and attractive hardscape. He is the consummate artisan and goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy. From the excavation of the old walkway, to the aesthetic of the new walkway, this home improvement project was a delight from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with the work done by Peter and his crew. We recently purchased an abandoned property that had years of overgrowth that needed to be removed. Peter and his crew completed cleared the lot and pulled the vines from the house. The neighbors came out to thank him. They left the property just as they said they would. Their admin Stephanie was in constant contact throughout the process which was also fantastic.
