Reviews of local pros in Allston, Massachusetts

The team at AA Cleaning was outstanding. From the speed of response to the original request, the site visit and quote, the punctuality, and the quality of service. They followed through on all the parts of the work that we discussed. We highly recommend AA Cleaning.

AA has cleaned my home for the past 14 years. Elizabeth and her team are the best- they are not only outstanding at cleaning, but also are fantastic and proactive communicators. I LOVE working with them!

AA has been cleaning our home for over 15 years. Their service is exceptional, their crews are friendly and efficient, and their communication is reliable and top-notch.

They have been prompt, thorough, and completely reliable for over 13 years and three moves! They have excellent communication and charge reasonable rates for extras such as fridge cleaning. Would recommend highly!!!

I have been a client for almost 11 years and have always received unfailingly excellent service! They are reliable, consistent, considerate and they even love my Golden Retriever :-) I could not recommend them enough! Fantastic work and fantastic team!!

We've been using AAESC for a very long time now (definitely more than 15 years; not even sure how much longer), and they've been consistently great for all of that time. Before that we had tried a couple of other services that turned out to be sort of mediocre. So once we found a service we liked, we stuck with them.

I’ve used AAESC for about 10 years and I love them. They do a great job and send a team so cleaning doesn’t take several hours. I highly recommend them.

For over 15 years the AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning team has been here for us taking care of multiple properties while we raised our Triplets in Boston. I would highly recommend their services because of the quality of work as well as their fair pricing.

They have been cleaning my place for two years. They are very reliable and careful. Having a consistent team means they have gotten to know the idiosyncrasies here and can do a careful, thorough job. Highly recommended.

AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning has been cleaning our personal Cambridge home for over 4 years and is instrumental in helping us maintain our current Cambridge BNB property with cleanings scheduled around our guests' dates. Even when out of the country, we do not worry as we know our house cleanings are all under control and AA Clean is in constant contact with us.

I’ve been with this cleaning service for almost 7 years and 3 different homes and they are fantastic! They are friendly, thorough, use child-friendly products, are extremely reliable and professional, and have excellent customer service. I have recommended them to many friends!!

AA has been cleaning our home for over a decade, with a very consistent staff. They are quick, efficient, and reliable. Of everything, I most value how both conscientious and friendly the staff is to the health and safety of our dog!

We have used AAESC for over 8 years in Brighton and West Roxbury. Our dedicated team is always on time and has never missed a day in our cleaning schedule. Highly recommend!

We've used AA for 15+ years and have found them extremely reliable, very communicative, and always flexible when we've needed to change the timing of our cleaning team's visits. We're grateful and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have been a client with AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning for 18 years and they are tops: they do a thorough job, they show up on time, they leave the place in tiptop shape, and communication is prompt, warm, and helpful. I’ve never worked with a better organization. The people who do the cleaning are terrific!!!!

AAESC provides excellent cleaning services. From the timely communications from the office to the on-time and professional cleaning by our dedicated team of cleaners, we are highly satisfied and deeply grateful to Elizabeth, Maria, and the entire AAESC team. We highly recommend AAESC and their environmentally safe products, friendly employees, and excellent customer service.

AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning has been cleaning our home for 15 years. They've been thorough, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The team always does a great job leaving our house looking spotless.

We have been using AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning for house cleaning in Somerville for 18+ years, across two homes in sequence and through the covid-19 pandemic, and we value their cleaning services at lot. They are flexible, communicative when anything needs to change, and generally deeply reliable. One of our cats has known their team since she was a kitten, and she doesn't even hide when they come over! We think she likes the attention, and it's a good sign that pets don't seem to mind their cleaning products.

I shared this on yelp as well, but good things bear repeating. They have cleaned my home for more than 20 years, and moved with me when we found a new place. When they first started, I was planning a family, and the fact that they use vinegar and other very environmentally friendly products meant that I didn't worry when my family got bigger. Over 20 years one or two small things have gotten broken, (my fault for not warning them about placement of things) but they have always contacted me, apologized and tried to make it right. Their office staff is helpful, and I really, really like the crew that most often comes. I've recommended their work and care to more of my friends than I can count and would continue to do so in the future.

Our family has worked with AA Clean for 14 (!) years!! Across 3 different homes, they have been reliable (never cancelled or no showed a single time, in 14 years), easy to communicate with, flexible (always accommodating our schedule changes and special requests), pleasant, and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I've used AA Cleaning for the last couple of months, and have been very happy with their friendly service and professionalism. Plus, my house has never looked better! I've been very happy with the experience and would gladly recommend them to anyone.
