Came to the house twice in 2 weeks cleaned nothing they clean their own truck out and sat in the truck had lunch. Will not recommend to anybody.

Been having issues from Day 1 with this cleaning company. Constantly in breach of the cleaning contract from sloppy work, lack of detail, not doing the work, not returning trash bins and leaving them out for days. Excuse after excuse. Always got the promise from the higher up "they will do better" and "that will not happen again". Terrible service avoid this company.

Commercial Cleaning Service/78clean are great to work with — both the cleaners and those on the administrative side. They have been cleaning our retail shop a few times a week for 2 years now. We’ve also used their 78-fixit services and have been happy with the results.

I engaged CC in July and the first cleaning went well. It was all downhill after that. I would go to the address and find it unattended or poorly serviced. Lightbulbs were part of our agreement but not attended to.

Three cheers for CCS! I had an apartment emergency with a tenant who left my condo a complete disaster but I only was informed from abroad. Alyssa responded to my email IMMEDIATELY and helped organize an emergency cleaning within 36 hours of the initial phone call. It was exactly as much money as I was expecting as well. I was finally able to sleep well knowing that it was done, and done extremely well at that.

CCS is great. The do cleaning, cover for my maintenance team, and do minor repairs for me as well. I highly recommend these guys!
