NextGen Aire

Hard to believe that it has been a week since Matthew installed air handler and air conditioner. I still look at the work Matt did for my place because it's marvelous.

My journey to meeting NextGen Air (NGA) and Matt started back on November 17th when I saw two NGA trucks at a neighbor's place changing the air handler and AC for their unit. I stopped to chat with one of the techs, and we had a candid conversation about cost, whether to go heat pump or not, etc. The first impression was very good, and I made an appointment to have NGA come do an estimate --for March 15th.

The day finally came almost four month later. In the morning, I received a text from Matthew asking if we were still on to meet. I was very surprised to see that the owner of NGA will be meeting with me. It is extremely rare to see the owner of a cooling and heating, or any contractor for that matter, meeting with you these days. Matt and I met for 30 minutes, knew exactly what needed to be done, and discussed pricing. The whole process was smooth, and I felt very comfortable speaking with Matt. We proceeded to schedule the work to be done a week later.

Leading up to the day of, I had some anxiety whether Matthew and NGA would be as good as advertised. It would turn out, Matthew and NGA would go beyond good as advertised. Matt arrived a little after 8 AM and finished everything at around 4 PM EST --one day to replace air handler and air conditioner. I observed Matthew the entire time, and he is a pro's pro. He takes immense pride in his work and craftsmanship --also very rare to see these days. Matthew also prepared my place very well, covering the necessary carpeting. In the end, he even did a vacuum job to clean up --amazing.

From sales to install I had a unique project for a recording studio and they did a great job. They installed a mini split and vent system. They actually replaced a bad mini split job I did a year ago with another big name competitor and the quality difference is obvious. Every aspect was professional from the text message and tracking of where they were in route to my house in the morning to being flexible on changing plans on the fly due to a unique project. I highly recommend them as their quality is outstanding.
