Reviews of local pros in Amherst, Massachusetts

Rich was professional and his price was very affordable. My boat looked like 2 kids and a dog destroyed it. It now look like new. Thank you Rich. I will be a repeat customer for life.

Friendly, professional, and he got the job done. My carpets look amazing. I would recommend Pioneer Cleaning to anyone without reservation.

The carpets and the sofa look sparkling. I was surprised at the result Rich achieved because we have a wood stove and two cats. This will be a yearly service!

Highly recommend! Reliable, professional, very reasonable and does great work!! Perfect for our annual rug cleaning needs, we will be calling again next year!

Richard was prompt, professional, and pleasant! A super nice person who did great work for a good price. He’ll be my first call next time I need these services. What more can I say!

Rich does great work. He goes above and beyond. This is my second time using Pioneer Cleaning, and I will continue as the need arises. Great work, at a great price, Rich is a true professional!

Like "The Wolf" from Pulp Fiction, Rich saved my day by cleaning some Oil stains in my carpets! I called him explaining the "emergency" need and he shuffled his schedule around and was there before you could say "How about you, Jimmy. You a oak Man?" Not only did he get all the stains out, he was professional/pleasant and kind! Thanks Rich! See you for Spring Cleaning!

Did a great and professional job on our many carpets today, removing a lot of deep pet stains. Placed styrofoam under certain chairs to keep it from touching the wet carpet. Used a dryer to speed up the drying of some carpets. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

The guys who came were so friendly and ready to explain all parts of the process! There was almost no smell (fragrance) afterward, which I appreciated, and the rugs dried very quickly. They looked like new when finished, even after several years of yuck from a big dog and a baby. Reasonable pricing, too!

I have had carpets, area rugs and tile cleaned within the last few months by this company. All floors look amazing, the owner showed up every time on time and was very friendly. I will definitely be using them for cleaning in the future!!

Very happy with the service we received from Pioneer Cleaning! I needed a couch cleaned and was able to get a cleaning appointment very quickly. Rich was professional, considerate, and easy to talk to, and I'm thrilled with how clean the couch is now!

We had a very positive experience with residential carpet cleaning service. Rich is extremely knowledgeable and uses high quality equipment. Responsive, easy to work with, honest workmanship. No nonsense prices. Can't beat that combination.

I phoned ahead during the quarantine and then drove up to his business door two days later. Rich cleaned a spot off a new 5 x 3 wool carpet while I waited--and refused to charge me! I was thrilled the spot was gone. I had been ready to wrap it up and return it. I'll definitely have him to my house to clean my other carpets when they need it.

Rich cleaned our windows and I can honestly say they have never looked this good. I've dealt with many window cleaners over the years but there has been no one that can hold a candle to Rich. Not only is he professional, dependable, careful, conscientious, helpful and thorough, but he's a friendly, wonderful person and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. His rates are very reasonable. We recommend him highly.

Rich is a perfectionist. He is upbeat, friendly, energetic, and a professional who will not leave until he has completed the job. If issues that return or still exists (after drying) after he leaves, he will come back and continue to make it as perfect as possible. We will use Pioneer for all of our future fabric stain accidents and professional carpet and grout cleaning in the future. Five stars plus.

Rich has done a few cleanings for us; both carpets and vehicle interiors. He is very conscientious and meticulous about doing the job right. His equipment is top notch, and he really does care how everything looks when he is done. I highly recommend his services.

We needed our carpets cleaned before listing our home for sale. Rich arrived right on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

It's rare to find someone who cares so much about the work they do. Rich is truly one of those people. He treats cleaning with immaculate attention to detail. He is efficient and really good at what he does. I've used Pioneer Cleaning on a number of commercial and residential projects and they do a great job every time.

Richard from Pioneer Cleaning cleaned all of our carpets in preparation for listing our house for sale. The results were better than we ever expected. He arrived exactly on time and took pains to remove all the stains that accumulated over 25 years of use. And the price ended up being less than his quote. I highly recommend Pioneer Cleaning!

I rarely leave reviews, but Rich provided such excellent service, I was compelled to share that he is conscientious, detail-oriented, hard working, and friendly. He did a great, thorough job, taking great care to protect my floors and banister (even wore shoe covers!), for a good price. I will definitely use his services again.

I had Rich clean a white area rug for me that had turned grey over time. He did a great job with it: after a very short turnaround time and for a very reasonable price, the rug is now white again. I would highly recommend Pioneer Cleaning for all your cleaning needs.
