Tyler, the owner was extremely thorough out about answering all our questions. We were concerned about the esthetics and positions, he was able to show us mock diagrams which were extremely helpful for visualizatio, and was accommodating to our needs and preferences. The team was extremely professional and respectful of our home and at no time was I worried leaving it in thier care for the day. They communicated every morning what they were working on and left the home extremely clean each day. Post insulation, they explained and showed us how to utilize and maintain the units. They did a thorough job, have excellent work ethic, and are great people, Highly recommend!

The whole crew involved was extremely helpful and professional. CirculAir was extremely reliable and did an amazing job installing my mini split system from start to finish. Couldn’t beat the prices either.

I scheduled an appointment for a furnace cleaning about 3 weeks in advance and less than an hour before the appointment, I received a text saying he wasn’t going to make it. No reason given. No mention of possible rescheduling times - nada. Only when I messaged him with my concern about this late cancellation, did he mention he had a customer without heat that he had to take care of. Certainly understandable if true, but very odd when canceling at the last minute to fail to offer any explanation or provide an alternate date/time to reschedule. Not handled In a professional manner at all.

We couldn't be happier with our experience. Nolan Heating responded quickly when our furnace went out and had a technician, Brian, on site the same day. He was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue fast, and fixed it efficiently. The pricing was fair and transparent—no hidden fees. Highly recommend this company for any heating needs; they are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about their customers' comfort! A true lifesaver during the cold snap.
