Tony and his crew were fantastic! They removed the whole tree/stump in less than an hour. They left no resemblance that a tree even existed! Tony is great to work with his price was more than reasonable. He returned all messages in a timely manner. We will be using his services in the future.

I have a lot of trees on my property and I had another company come to take a look. They recommended everything needed to come down, which I wasn't pleased with. I decided I wanted to find an arborist to give me a second opinion. Bartlett was that company. They came and made some very thoughtful recommendations and advised do some cabling and pruning and that the trees did not actually need to come down.

Day of the work the crew was very professional. Throughout the whole time the team was easy to communicate with and kept me aware of the plan and what to expect. Would definitely recommend Bartlett!

I contacted Bernard through Bartlett in Ashland. They scheduled a time to come look at the job a week later. They said they would have estimate a week later. I waited for their estimate. I followed up when they said it would be ready. No one would respond. After days of jerking me around, I am told they can’t do the job.

The team here is extremely unprofessional and do not know how to run a business. Save yourself some time and contact another landscaper/arborist.

Stumpy's just finished a job of removing a tree and trimming 2 others. They also cleaned up an area that was in dire need. They did an excellent job! Bruno, Stefan, Nathan, and Allan were all friendly and professional. All of them went above and beyond to clear out the trees and any leftover brush. They were even detailed about cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend Stumpy's services. Stumpy's, be sure to give these gentlemen a bonus AND a raise. The most important thing to me with any tree work is the finish cleaning. When this crew left I couldn’t tell they had even showed up my yard was so clean. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. When the team arrived, they confirmed the work to be done and where it would be done. One item they needed to do was to tie two trees together with a cable. They apologized that they would need to come back as they forgot the cable. As any good company and team would do they sent someone out with the cable so the work could be finished in one day. Total professionalism. Can not recommend them enough.

We appreciated the entire experience from estimate given, scheduling us earlier, being timely the day of the job, doing exactly what we requested and excellent cleanup! Everyone on-site was courteous and helpful. Their crew is a well-oiled machine. They waste no time getting the job completed as promised.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. I had 2 huge oak trees removed and the entire project was completed with the utmost professional service. They were on time (in fact early!), neat and the project was completed in an amazingly timely fashion. The employees worked in sync; each one knowing their roles. We have had Stumpy’s tree service multiple times and couldn’t ask for better service. Very efficient and they clean up so well that you wouldn’t know they were there. He has been very fair with us on all projects.

The crew from Stumpy's were at the house right at 7:45 a.m. and my husband and I were blown away by their teamwork and politeness. My trees all look great and they make sure they clean up everything. We have used Stumpy's before and will continue to use them. HIGHLY recommend them.

After last night’s storm dumped almost 3 feet of snow in Whitman, Mike and Mikayla Newcombs came through for us in the best way. They were quick to respond, showed up when they said they would, and did an amazing, thorough job clearing our driveway and walkways.

The crew was efficient, professional, and left the area clean. We had a large tree with difficult access, and they handled it expertly using a crane, navigating the space without any issues. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Stumpy’s Tree Service.

We were very happy with our deep cleaning service for a tenant changeover. I wrote to Katia and had requested a few additional particular things to clean which were accommodated.
