I have been using Fernandes Cleaning Services for almost two years. I use them on a monthly basis though they offer more frequent services if needed. I've been really happy with the quality of work they have been providing. They are diligent, professional, follow specific instructions well if I need focus in a certain area of the house. They also provide an extra touch in the way they organize things in my house so they are esthetically pleasing.

Now that I've been working from home (due to COVID) I have gotten to know them better and they are very friendly and they try not to be intrusive when they see I am on calls with work.

My sister has also been using them for over 3 years and I have recommended them to a few of my friends. The owner Katia, is friendly and responsive when it comes to communication. I would highly recommend them!

We utilized Thumbtack to locate a Gutter Cleaning Service and here pops up A-Z Cleaning Services Inc. We reached out via message, set up an appointment to come and clean out our gutters on Friday 11/15/2019 and, here comes Friday; my husband took the full day of work off to be available for their scheduled service, NO CALL, NO SHOW and STILL NO ANSWER from anyone within the company to apologize or reschedule. Guess they do not want any new business or new customers.
I would steer clear if you need your gutters cleaned. If you do take the chance with them, you better be prepared to waste a full day of waiting around for absolutely NOTHING. GOOD LUCK!
