We added a 2nd egress to our home and we had Chris come out and dig the hole. He was awesome. His response time to get back to me was quick. He came out to give me the quote 2 days later. Pricing was great. I explained we needed it done as soon as possible with the cold weather coming so he came on a Saturday and got it done. Chris completed the project very fast. We will be hiring him in the spring to level and loom our back yard. Very nice guy and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Two technicians arrived to do a routine maintenance/inspection of my heating system. They found several issues with the system, including some they felt were critical. The prices they quoted for repair or replacement seemed extremely high. My neighbors paid considerably less (half!) for a full heat/AC replacement from a very reputable company.

Since my door installation project was postponed twice due to an ordering error and damaged materials, and since the cold weather in December prohibited the installation (I initiated the product mid-September), I instructed the Home Depot staff who contacted me about the postponements to hold the ordered materials until the weather was more confusing to having a door removed in my home.
I instructed that I would not tolerate any issues regarding lost, damaged, or missing materials, and would be in touch regarding scheduling the installation, probably sometime in the spring.
I found the experience from the start of this encounter with Home Depot frustrating, unprofessional, and condescending.
I truly regret doing business with your company, and especially regret paying in advance for this project. As I previously stated, I will not tolerate any more delays or other issues in regard to this project, and adamantly expect the installation to be completed without any problem.

Would not recommend, paid $300 for them to “clean” my dryer vents. And by clean I mean dump all the Lint onto my front yard and leave. I’ve called numerous times with no resolution. I called and talked the tech who came to my house. He argued with me stating he “cleaned his work space” and it’s “not his job” to clean up outside. Save your money and find a different company. Overpriced and completely unprofessional.
