Constraction reviews in Attleboro, Massachusetts

I have been working with Servpro since November of 2023 to fix water damage from June of 2023. It is now almost a year, and I haven't heard back from them in a month. No work has been done, lots of things have been promised, but if I didn't actively call them, they wouldn't have even called me. Not a very reliable company.

We recently had ServPro come to assess & repair water damage at our home in North Attleboro and I could not be more pleased by the work that ServPro provided. They were quick to assess the damage and get the job done. They helped me work with my insurance company to ensure all aspects of the job were being taken care of. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. They were very thorough with their clean up process at the end. I would recommend ServPro to anyone in need and would definitely use them again in the future.

Tony and his crew cleaned a house that had not been cleaned in many years. The house had been sitting idle for a very long time.
After Pest Control, various inspections and a complete clean-out, we hired ServPro of the Attleboros. What a great job ! They scrubbed every inch of the Interior of this property including eaves and closets that were leaving a lot to be desired ! Entry doors, woodwork and floors were also included in this project. We thank them for their hard work. This house has no more odors and was left squeaky clean by this team ! A much better price than other quotes, too ! We'll be tackling the Barn next year. Will definitely call Tony ~

Thank you to Mike, Bobby, and the whole crew at ServPro for being so wonderful when the sprinkler system pipes burst and flooded my home this weekend. There's still a long road ahead but they were prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me. They made a terrible situation much easier to get through. I highly recommend this company!

Had Servpro onsite to clean up water from my water tank. The crew that was sent to my home was fast and neat. They moved my contents to dry areas while drying out my basement. The process took longer than expected but the outcome made it worth it.

Just wanted to commend Jose & Team. They were so professional and helpful. We had a water heater leak from the second floor in our townhouse. They arrived promptly and did everything to mitigate a bad situation into a better one!! All done in less than two weeks. On to repairs! Thanks again guys you made a bad situation better

Jose,Julio, and Jude were exceptional. I hired Serve pro to help clean out apartment during a very difficult time for our family after the unexpected passing of my sister. Not only did they immediately come out to help, they were compassionate, thorough, and communication was excellent. From the initial visit with Bruce to his awesome team of Jose, Miguel and crew we continued to feel supported throughout the entire project. We were informed of when the team would be at our home. Before the work was completed for the day, we were informed of the expected end time. This was very important to us because we have very busy lives. The team respected our time, privacy, property, belongings, and emotional well being. They were honest and trustworthy. I appreciated this tremendously.

We called Dan to build a patio for us. After looking at the pictures on the website and having our consultation we knew we were in good hands! Dan and his crew were amazing and worked very efficiently! Within minutes of reviewing the final product (which we love) we were already planing out the next project we would like him to do! We would STRONGLY recommend them for any projects, they are worth every cent!

It is hard to find companies around these days such as D.R. Stonework and Landscape. They are true professionals and care about their work. Danny came out to assess the job and provided a timely estimate and comprehensive design plan. He was very thorough and explained everything making sure I was happy every single step of the way.
The workers arrived on time and put forth extreme effort and care. They were incredibly polite, and it was clear that they cared greatly about the work they were doing. They were the nicest crew and truly went above and beyond. The work they did was phenomenal and completed exceeded my expectations. They are a true mark of a great business. D. R. Stonework and Landscape Company recently completed our patio project and exceeded our expectations. Danny R. the owner of this small company personally is involved in all aspects of the work from design, quoting and installation. He is a skilled mason and designer. I have found him to be to be professional, reliable, honest, and trustworthy. He understood our needs and guided us in planning our patio project. We met with him a number of times and he was flexible in accommodating our requests. His quote was itemized and defined the project in detail. Never any surprises and it was completed as he quoted and on time! His staff Jeremy and Steve were courteous and did first-rate work. Danny worked closely with our carpenter in coordinating the integration of the deck and the patio. We wanted a new walkway between our driveway and front door entry. As we thought about the project, the numbers of options for design and materials became overwhelming. Fortunately, a couple of years before, we worked with Danny of D.R. Constructing and Landscape, Inc. (D.R. Stonework and Masonry) when he and his team repaired our patio and a brick retaining wall. Danny’s talents were apparent as he guided us through choices, showed us the actual materials, and made practical and stylistic suggestions. He prepared a cost estimate within days, work began on schedule within weeks (thank goodness for good weather), and the project was completed in about 5 working days. The crew members were regimented in their starting and finishing times each day, which was helpful because we knew when we had to move our cars out to the street to allow driveway access for their machinery and access to our cars. Every team member was professional, friendly, courteous, and diligent in cleaning the site at the end of the day to reduce the inevitable dust that was generated. We are very pleased with the ornamental and functional end results: a beautiful, paver walkway with gentle curves which is pitched for water drainage, a more functional set of coping steps (wider and less steep than what we had) from driveway to walkway, a handsome salt-and-pepper granite light post (with a handy electrical outlet) near these new steps, and new front door steps with granite treads and addition of a beautiful granite veneer. Every person’s home is their castle. We say, “THANK YOU” to Danny and his team for making ours a better one!

We are repeat customers of D.R. Stonework, having hired Danny three years ago to install a patio. This year, Danny worked with us to give our family a beautiful, functional, outdoor kitchen. When you work with Danny, you get an honest, hard working professional. The structures he builds are solid; he goes above and beyond to ensure you years of enjoyment. He works with safety in mind; we never had to worry about our little ones while the project was underway. The quality materials and skilled craftsmanship are expensive, but if you certainly get what you pay for and we wouldn't hesitate to work with Danny again in the future.

Danny and his team have completely transformed both our front and back yards with multiple patios, a walkway, and cohesive landscaping. He was amazing to work with throughout the entire process - from designing the space to fit our needs and providing excellent suggestions to executing the multiple phases all while maintaining a clean and safe job site. Their attention to detail really shines and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

This company did an excellent job on the masonry project we had them do at our house. We got honest answers to all our questions before, during, and after the work was done. It was the best experience we've ever had with a stone mason, they showed up when they said they would, they finished on time, and cleaned up after themselves. They are knowledgable in their field and care about their work and their clients satisfaction. This all shows in the quality of the finished product. I have already reached out again for another job. High recommend them.

Can’t rate the work

My wife reached out to D.R. Stonework to get an estimate of work on our existing stone paver pool deck. Danny was happy to talk with her and discuss the area and set up a site visit. A day prior to the site visit Danny called to state that he was unable to make the appointment due to a job taking longer than estimated and he would call back with his availability.
Waited for Danny to call…Danny never called back.
So I reached out to Danny and spoke with him and set up a date and time for him to come out and look at the work. Danny came out looked at the pool deck, made some recommendations on next steps and would be sending us an estimate.
That was a month ago… 7/4
Still waiting…
A “Hi Danny, We have not received your estimate” follow up email on 7/12 was sent to Danny…
No response…

Having read the reviews and the experiences that other reviewers have had with D.R we were expecting far better.

***Danny responded to this review but not to either our voice mail or email stating that the quote was available on some portal, and that the scope of work and quote was available as of July 16th!
The review was written Aug 4th.
Well what portal? How do we access said portal and why were we not informed by a response to both the email and the voice mail that there was a portal and this is how to access?
This is exactly the type on non communication that solicited the review in the first place.
2 for 2… for poor communication.

Maybe Danny does terrific work. My experience, however, has been that it is impossible to contact him or get him to follow through on providing even an estimate. Sometimes he responds to an inquiry via text or phone and promises to follow up with information, but then nothing comes of it. I have tried to contact him for over a month via text, phone, and email. He has wasted my time and lost a client.

This seems to be a chronic problem with DR Stonework based on one of the other reviews here, and it certainly does nothing to inspire trust or suggest timely and competent work.

Dan and his team were the best. Dan was so easy to work with. When he found a drain running under my old walkway he had a solution to make the drain better. Dan helped me pick out a really
nice stone to compliment my house. His crew were just as nice. They worked very hard and did a great job. I will be calling Dan in September to replace my back walkway. If you want a beautiful walkway then contact Dan at D.R. Stonework and Landscaping.

I can’t say enough about the experience I had with D.R. Stonework. I recently bought a new home and contacted D.R. to replace an existing walkway. Danny’s communication was top notch. From the planning stages to the final product, Danny was there each step of the way ensuring I know what options were available to me and ensuring my happiness. The rest of the crew was great as well even taking the time to show my excited toddler the cool tools. Quite honestly, five (5) stars are enough. Highly recommend.

We are really pleased with the entire process and the final result of our project by DR Stonework. Danny was very prompt in getting us the quote and the renderings for our front yard landscaping, walkway and stairs. They started work a couple weeks ahead of schedule and finished before the original start date. The whole team of guys on site each day were nice and accommodating. And most importantly the final result is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Danny and his team to anyone.
