I am a homeowner in Falmouth and 5C Energy just did my insulation yesterday, SO professional, SO polite. They arrived 10 minutes early!!! They explained each step of what they would be doing and along the way they updated me on their progress. They cleaned up everything after they were done and even gave me an idea about insulating before I put on my new siding. So happy to recommend them to everyone!

I can not say enough about 5CENERGY. From start to finish they were amazing. Everyone on team was extremely friendly and curious. The crew was on time everyday. Their work was top notch. Erik Pettersen explained everything that was going to be done and managed his team the entire way through. Erik and his crew were very professional and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend them!

Henry and his crew including Keith, Jose, Dylan, Hayden and Edwin arrived at our house on time as we expected. They were all very polite and got to work right away. Henry explained everything they were going to do. We had been told this job would most likely take 2 days but they got everything done in one day. Great crew!

I'm so glad that I contacted 5C Energy to upgrade the insulation in my house. They were fantastic! From Sue scheduling the 2-day appointment and making sure I knew what was expected of me (as far as clearing various locations) prior to the team's arrival, to Eric, the team leader, and both Mikes, they were totally professional, friendly, keeping me in the loop as the work progressed. In addition, they made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of each day - this can be a messy job, so I was really grateful for that.

We needed insulation work done prior to planned installation of heat pumps in our home. Henry’s team (Jayden,Jonathan,Kenny) from 5C arrived promptly and worked smoothly and efficiently to completely line our attic space and basement sills. The work was not only done in a professional manner, but they went above and beyond in securing our bathroom ventilation as well.

The insulation and other work done at my home was facilitated through RISE so they procured this contractor. That being said, I am very, very pleased with the resulting work and the crew who performed it. The team was professional and thorough. They were on time, very courteous and worked well together. I was comfortable with the different aspects of the job they were doing because the crew chief explained it all in detail. If any questions arose along the way they consulted with me. The work was a bit messy but you wouldn’t know that once it was done. They finished it all in two days and you would not know they had been there! Thank you for your fine work.

As a result of a RISE energy audit, I was referred to 5C Energy. Within one week of the audit, my job was scheduled. Today, the 5C team consisting of Henry, Jayden, and Edwin, completed all of the work that was required to make my home energy efficient. This team arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. Henry explained the scope of work prior to beginning, and kept me updated as they followed through on the project. Their work ethics are commendable, as they prepped the rooms with covers and kept the house neatly organized. At the end of the day, they didn’t disappoint with a fantastic cleanup. There was no disruption to my daily routine, and my home was left spotless!! What a pleasant interaction. I’ve never had to deal with a flood in my dining room on Christmas Eve but these guys acted like they see it all the time. They came on Christmas and I’m so thankful they could help us in our time of desperate need. If an unexpected disaster hits home these guys will help you out and make you feel a little more at peace.... even if it happens on Christmas.

When my basement flooded servpro came the next day and and got to work immediately. They even sent a storage pod for all the the things in my basement. Highly recommend servpro of the attleboros!
