Brandon was absolutely fantastic! He came out a few weeks ago when the power went out in just one small area of my daughter’s bedroom and the wall that joined mine and my husbands. After some extensive searching the electrical he found some knob and tube that was still active in our home. We were shocked because we were told by our home inspector there wasn’t any knob and tube. He was very reassuring and gave us a very reasonable price to re wire the electrical. That and he was so good with my 10 year old son who kept bombarding him with questions about the electrical! Very personable. Even his team that came out to do the work was great. Highly recommend!

Brandon was responsive and knowledgeable, having me check with National Grid re: my partial power outage before he sent someone to my house. Once I determined the issue was in my home, he sent a technician over in under an hour and the problem was fixed quickly. I would definitely use CMEC again for any electrical work I need done!

Very professional work by Brandon. We had a new panel installed in the house and it was excellent. Brandon also helped us with an issue on our light bulbs and motion sensor lights. I would 100% recommend him for any electrical project you might have. I would rate him more than 5 stars if there is an option. Will definitely be calling for future electrical projects.

I cannot thank enough to CMEC for being there for us in hour of need. We had this new the electric stove delivered and 'installed' by Home Depot. When it did not turn on upon installation and was brought to the attention of Home Depot delivery installer, they simply refused that they had wired the stove wrong and suggested there is a problem with the stove itself and that we replace it. We were in a pinch of time and could not wait for Home Depot to send their electrician the next day, who never showed up by the way, or for replacement. Brandon was super helpful in solving this problem. He sent his employee Jeff in half an hour after being contacted to fix the incorrect wiring. Within 5 minutes after Jeff arrived the stove was up and running! If I had to summarize our experience with CMEC, dependable and reliable are the words that come to mind. Highly recommend them and will use them again for our future electrical needs.

I have and will continue to recommend Brandon to anyone who requires an experienced, knowledgeable, kind, personable electrician for any of their electrical needs! I contacted him as well as 3 other licensed electricians through the BBB when I found myself and my family in a bit of an emergent situation with most of the electricity in my home completely out in the freezing winter. He was the only one to respond to my request and he did so in a very timely and respectful manner. He truly went above and beyond to get my electricity back on and working. After an in-depth assessment he found a junction box we didn't even know existed…the wire nuts were melted and the fuse connecting the rooms that had no electricity was loose. He quickly tightened that wiring when all the power came back on inside my home. He not only fixed that in a jiffy, he also attached a few brand-new wire nuts. Making us a very happy and grateful family for his services. He didn't know then but he made us a repeat customer, guaranteed for life! His prices are extremely fair, he has a fantastic, down to earth personality, and he was more than happy to thoroughly answer any and all questions I had about the service he provided. Brandon also out of the kindness in his heart did what he could to asses the issue I was having with my thermostat after he completed the job he was hired and paid to complete. Another huge plus is he’s a local Auburn town resident, making him extremely available in the case of an emergency. I love to support a small business owner never mind one who will guarantee satisfaction each an every job he performs! I will continue to call him when I'm in need of an electrician, and I'll happily pass his name along with each chance I have. When you find someone who not only knows their trade well and does a fantastic job but goes above and beyond for your family you do what you can to pay it forward! Brandon came right over when we had a problem with our circuit breaker. It was a simple fix and Brandon was great about it, going above and beyond, even testing our outdoor outlets which have not worked since we moved in and
talked about addressing that after the dust settles from the holidays. He was generous and more than fair. Very professional. We will definitely use his services in the future!

Brandon and his team did a wonderful job updating my corroded electrical panel on an older house. I actually get compliments on how beautiful it looks! From the moment I called this company for an estimate, Brandon has been professional and very responsive. I really appreciate how he explains what is needed, the time frame it would take and his fair pricing. His guys Jonathan and Z were great to work with for a full day on that panel. I have reached out to Brandon for other electrical needs and he does his best to fit us in his busy schedule. Its really great to have someone so skilled who is local.

I called around 8 o’clock in the morning to inquire about getting my smoke detectors replaced. Brandon called me back almost immediately and John was at my house by 11:30. John also waited patiently while I ran out to Home Depot to get the right kind of carbon monoxide detectors, Even after I assured both of them over the phone that I had the right kind I really didn’t lol. He was super nice about it though. This was a small job, but I would definitely use them again for a larger job in the future.

I had also given them a heads up that I have a large dog, which I always like to do when someone new is coming into the house. Brandon was so funny he sent me pictures of his dogs and said they love going into homes with dogs.

Brandon and his staff were incredible with dealing with our roofing and siding projects. I appreciate their patience as I navigated putting all of the pieces together for this remodel. We had to wait on the electric company, and some of the electrical took longer than expected due to weather. Brandon came thru no matter what. He and his staff were attentive, communicative, respectful, and knowledgeable on all fronts. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you and look forward to hiring you again in the future.

We had been calling electricians for three weeks with no return calls. Incredibly frustrating. I called Brandon yesterday, left a message and received a call back within 30 minutes. We discussed the issue and made an appointment for early this morning. He arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Within a short period of time the issue was diagnosed and fixed to my satisfaction.

Brandon was not only efficient and pleasant, he charged me a reasonable price for the time he was here. I now have an electrician for anything that happens in the future. Always good to have a contractor you can trust.

Wow! I was having some electrical issues and had no idea what was causing them. I contacted what felt like a million companies, and most of them said they wouldn’t be available for at least two days.

Fortunately, Brandon reached out to me, quickly identified what could be causing the problem, and was able to come over the same day! His customer service and kindness were absolutely out of this world.

10/10 service and highly recommended! Heavy winds brought down a tree on top of the power line and disconnected the electrical riser attached to my home, leaving me without power. I called several companies advertising “urgent repairs,” but only CMEC followed through. Brandon from CMEC was responsive, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. He completed the repair quickly, kept the work area clean and organized, and even coordinated with the inspector so National Grid could reconnect the wire the same day. My power was restored within hours. Excellent communication, clean workmanship, and true professionalism.
