I was looking for a 3ft Christmas tree for a reasonable price and they had exactly what I wanted. It's tge perfect size and so pretty. Very helpful and nice staff! Love shopping small local places!

I stopped here to check it out because several people , including a nursery employee in Grafton, recommended them. I am glad I did. Their prices are lower and they are more convenient than some other places, Rt 12N in Auburn. The employee I talked to was very pleasant and helpful.

Called the Garden Center and spoke to a perfect Gentleman. He took my order and within four hrs my order of Hemlock Mulch was delivered to my home.
Couldn’t ask for better customer Service not to mention the quality of product that was delivered.
Extremely satisfied, they have never disappointed.

I made an appointment by phone for an "arborist" to come to my home at 9 am. I would be late for work but needed to get work done and needed an estimate. The man never showed. I called the office and was told "he's tied up" and cannot come, but "he could come next week". I never got a call, and would have been waiting still if I had not.

This is so inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional, that it just boggles my mind that a business could be run this way. The person who was supposed to come was Jeff.

No notice, no phone call. And this is after the last time I reached out to Bartlett for an appointment via internet a few months ago, I never got a response.

Do not trust them to be professional, prompt or courteous.

I have had many different concerns with trees on my property over the years, varying from hemlocks to fruit tree. Bartlett tree has addressed every issue effectively. Winter moths, woolly adelgid, catapillars and numerous diseases. Jeff, the arborist, takes time to offer a full explanation of the issue and explains what the treatment will entail. This is followed up by the written proposal. He is extremely knowledgeable and impeccable in his work. I have not been disappointed yet. The service is very prompt as well. Usually within twenty four hours . I appreciate the complimentary news letters and emails I receive with helpful and informative advice for tree and shrub preventative care and maintainance. I highly recommend Bartlett tree service.

Highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts if you're in need of tree work. They send arborists to teach you about your property and really only suggest you do the necessary work, rather than trying to push services on you. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely consider them for your next tree project!

Jeff came to look at my stressed dogwoods. He arrived promptly. He had lots of good advise for the stressed trees and several others on the property. His recommended service was reasonably priced and was completed the same week. Would definitely use them again.

Great experience from initial contact with office (Lien?) to thorough assessment and explanation by Julian on site. Timely, conscientious follow thru by the the actual crew who left the yard spotless. Fair bill consistent with quote. How often in 2023 do you find a contractor who shows-up on time, quotes a fair price, sticks to that price, returns on the date/time promised and performs the work diligently as promised? Would definitely hire again.

I am so happy with my recent tree service from the team at Bartlett! I wanted a bit heavier of a pruning, and they came back to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone is so nice and professional, I would recommend them 110%!

Very happy with the service we received from Bartlett. We really wanted to have people who were knowledgeable and focused on tree and environmental health rather than just cutting trees down when we became concerned about a couple trees that seemed unhealthy. Julian did our evaluation, came up with a comprehensive plan and within a matter of weeks a crew was out and addressed the removal of a couple trees, trimming of some others, and a support for another tree to strengthen it. They finished a pretty extensive job in only a few days and cleaned up like they were never there. Eve came by today, a couple months after, to do the specialized soil treatment to maintain one of our feature oaks and was a pleasure to speak with. Everyone at Bartlett working on this job was very helpful, professional, and mindful and we are happy to know our trees are healthier - and we also don’t have to worry about any dangerous limbs or at risk trees falling. Thank you!

Was greeted by a very helpful man. In is name was Jared. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Told me exactly where the product was, and offered to help me load it.

Spring is coming early this year and I made a visit to pick up an electric saw.
Customer service to help with the purchace of a saw was outstanding. However. There was no one in the area with any knowledge of the gas or electric saws in the garden department area.
I bought an electric charged saw and a tree saw, oil, plant food and gloves and glasses. The sale was close to 450.00 but, I would of felt better leaving the store with some knowledge of the saw.

Went to go buy a washer and some landscaping equipment and supplies for my business and was helped out by an associate named Easter she was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the purchase of my new washer plus informed me of the free delivery between now and 6/4 and was just all around very nice and helpful!!!

Chris and his team are incredible! Very honest and fair!
