When our gas furnace suddenly stopped working, David from New England HVAC Pros came out to our home on very short notice. He quickly diagnosed a serious issue with the furnace, something that could have been dangerous if left unaddressed. Throughout the entire visit, David was professional, thorough, and made safety his top priority.

What stood out most was how clearly he explained the problem and what it meant for our family’s safety. That level of transparency and care gave us tremendous peace of mind.

I called late in the afternoon—right before closing—because our greenhouse gas heater suddenly stopped working on the first cold day of the season. Jim, a technician, answered the phone. Instead of telling me to call back the next day, he immediately started asking thoughtful questions to help diagnose the issue.

After sending a few photos and walking through everything step by step, his guidance helped pinpoint the problem. Thanks to Jim’s patience and expertise, I was able to fix the issue myself and prevent our greenhouse from freezing overnight.

The defective heating thermostat installed previously by ARS was removed and a new one installed.The technician was very knowledgeable and explained clearly the different functions. I am very happy with New England HVAC.

I am so glad that I reached out to NE HVAC Pros and got a 2nd opinion after having a different company come out first to help me with my boiler tank issues. I had no hot water, 3 small kids, and the first company came out and told me that I needed a new boiler, a new hot water heater and everything else under the sun. David Smith came to my work, twice within two weeks: first furnace tuneup, second time to fix a broken parts (he did the order for a replacement). Both visits, David came within the scheduled windows. He is polite, professional, and patient to my questions. He even wear boots cover so I don’t need to clean the floor after the job. Furnace died when the cold weather showed up. Called these guys up and they scheduled and arrived on time. Tried to get old unit working, but no luck. Old system on last legs. Worked with us on pricing and even gave amilitary discount. Installed system the next day and home is nice and warm. I had a couple questions and they answered right away. 5 stars for professionalism, and workmanship.

Call New England HVAC on a Monday furnace problems they came same day to diagnose. It was 31 years old including the AC built in to the system Cracked furnace needed a full replacement. They were here first thing Tuesday morning replacing the new system including the air conditioning. Thank you for team for the speedy service to get my heat up and running on 12/29/2025 it's a veteran owned company please support the veterans the way they support us when we need them 🇺🇲 . Great Experience! Came out and fixed our heat quickly which we appreciate with 3 little ones at home. David was very nice and ordered a new gas valve for us quickly and came back the next morning for install

Had a heat emergency at 7am on New Years Day in the snow! Other companies were not answering the phone or couldn’t come out to the house that day. As a new homeowner I was in a panic, called and spoke to Jim who could tell I was very stressed out and helped walk me through the issue and troubleshoot. He was able to help me solve the issue within a few minutes and was so kind and helpful!! Definitely recommend!!!!!

Our furnace failed during a stretch of really cold weather due to a botched diagnosis and repair job from a different company. That company was going to be closed for the weekend, and the best they could do was to send someone to discuss options with us on Monday. Not good enough. I decided to call New England HVAC Pros mostly due to the fact that they were open over the weekend and had good reviews. From the first call, they were extremely responsive, clear, and reassuring during what was a pretty stressful situation.

The techs were professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get a brand-new furnace installed. They explained what was happening, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. Given the circumstances, the turnaround time was incredible.

I didn't shop around, so I don't know about the price. However, everyone from the office that scheduled it to the men who came to install the new system were excellent to deal with! They kept me informed, and were very professional throughput the job while still being very polite and friendly. A mix that is often very hard to achieve in these situations. They were very polite and respectful of both me and my property throughout my furnace replacement. They made a horrible situation much easier to suffer through. All off the gentleman i dealt with on EVERY level are and will be an asset to whatever company they work for!

We had our 3 year old furnace break in our business and the first Company didn't install the furnace correctly would not help fix or come out to check on there work. We called New England Pro and they showed up that day we called. Fast, reliable and professional. Installed efficiently and correctly. Highly recommended!

July 3rd mind you… ! Air conditioning decided to not produce cool air! I randomly searched for repair and called New England HVAC Pros. I actually talked to a HUMAN! What a delight! A person came that day (David) and assessed the terrible frozen- need-a-new-system situation …we reluctantly agreed to go ahead… it’s costly! Today Dylan and Josh arrived on schedule and politely and efficiently replaced the whole dang thing! I would highly recommend this professional team! David came again today and will return next week to make sure it’s all running smoothly. They had all the parts needed to install. Scheduled us quickly… on the Monday after the 4th of July holiday.

The tech ended up coming a little early and got the job done within a timely manor. He stayed a few minutes after he finished as I was on my way home from work so that he could explain to me a few things about our boiler. Nice guy. Knowledgable. Would recommend.

Recently my home furnace let go , I called NE HVAC Pros and they immediately sent Chris B out to my home. I needed a whole new upgraded system along with the old system removed that had asbestos. They worked along side with another company to do an emergency permit for my property before a major snow storm hit within days I had the old system removed and the new one installed . This company is honest, reliable and willing to work with you in anyway possible to overcome an obstacle. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC issues. Also the workers that were sent were amazing and throughly explained what they were doing each step of the way and came in a blizzard to finish the job !
