My heating system stopped working on a Sunday night, and this company came right out to help. Dave arrived quickly, figured out the problem fast, and got the heat back on. He was friendly and professional.
Ryan, the owner, was great to deal with and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their quick response and reliable service. Highly recommend!

I called NewEngland HVAC this morning, day after the storm , for the first time. They answered right way! My furnace wasn’t heating. Jason showed up by 3:15 exactly on time! It turned out to be an easy fix and nothing expensive. Customer service is honest and excellent ! Jason solved my issue quickly! So glad I chose New England HVac! I will continue to use them!

When they found a crack in my furnace while cleaning, they turned it off in below freezing temperatures. That is the law, unfortunate, but okay. (They did offer electric heaters to keep the house warm, which was nice)
Everything went downhill after that. They quoted me $21K, INSTALL IN FOUR DAYS. Before I could ask questions, I was told about their "great financing" at 9.9%, 10 years. They provided me with some cheaper options, but really down played them, and they still wouldn't be able to install for four days.
I called someone else and they installed in less than 24 hours for $7k less.
I would NEVER call New England HVAC again or recommend them.

Dave explained the steps for replacing our existing system which was complete the next day by Josh and Chris who were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with—Chris took the time to walk us through the new system after installation. Unfortunately, my heating system stopped working during the week of the blizzard of February 2026. I placed a call to New England HVAC and a couple of other HVAC repair companies. New England HVAC Pros responded right away, and David Smith showed up within a couple of hours. After examining my furnace he informed me that my 42 year old furnace was done. He pointed out the issues with the system and why it could not be repaired. Another company had given me information and estimates about possible repairs and replacement costs. I was impressed with David’s knowledge and safety concerns compared to other companies. He patiently answered all of my questions. His knowledge and patience influenced my decision to have the entire HVAC system including air conditioning, replaced by New England HVAC Pros. They were able to schedule an installation appointment for two days later. David left a couple of heaters for me to use in the meantime! The technicians arrived on time and went right to work. Dylan introduced himself and was friendly and professional. He assured me that if I had any questions , he would be happy to answer any and all of them. I was impressed with the entire staff and how efficient and knowledgeable they are. I received information from Cody and Chris as well. Chris was very patient with my lack of technical knowledge about HVAC systems and walked me through various things. Including how the newer systems work, what to expect, how to register the warranties, etc. I appreciated the support and reassurance the entire team gave me during a stressful( and freezing 🥶) time in my life. I would definitely recommend New England HVAC Pros to anyone with heating/cooling issues. They are all knowledgeable, professional and concerned about the various issues that affect their customers.

Everyone that I encountered from beginning to end has been great. I called in the evening during the blizzard and Ryan was great with scheduling a tech come out early AM the next day. Dave assessed our boiler and hot water tank both needed to be replaced and was thorough with explaining the issues both appliances were having and the best route with which types to choose for the installation. Anthony, John, and Joshua came the very next day to do the installs and returned each day until completed. Once installed, Anthony reviewed how both appliances functioned and the shut off valves, as well as recommendations for increasing water pressure and a filtration system to help increase the longevity of our appliances. I appreciated the efficiency and thoroughness of everyone involved, and the ability to provide service so quickly despite the challenges from the blizzard. I highly recommend this company!

New England HVAC Pros is far and beyond the best company you could ever hire for your furnace repair,replace or install! They are completely compassionate, professional and highly qualified. They are the best and the best choice above all others! I promise you won’t be disappointed. I’m forever grateful to have had them in my corner after my furnace burnt up Christmas morning! It was ready to blow and me and my puppy were about to be killed. We went without heat in the below zero temps with an electric heater I moved from the living room to the bedroom when Ryan suddenly called and said he couldn’t sleep another night knowing what I was going through and the next day he sent me 2 of the best guys and they put in the furnace with no money down and no idea when they would get paid which was today 2/19/26. God bless him and Chris and Josh!!❤️

My smart thermostat kept disconnecting from the Wi-Fi, driving me absolutely crazy with frustration! They came out, quickly diagnosed it as a subtle wiring issue and now it's rock-solid, connecting perfectly every time. Finally, my smart home is actually smart again, and I'm so relieved!

The technician arrived promptly and got to work right away. He explained the repairs clearly and ensured everything was functioning perfectly. Excellent service overall.
