The TAG team installed a mini split heat /AC pump in our home. The job was installed soup to nuts in a fast and efficient manor. Great work from a great crew, all within budget.

Tom and his team were very responsive to my needs. They were clean, professional and very pleasant to do business with. I will definitely use TAG again for my future Heating and cooling needs.

Would not recommend... every time he walked through my door, it was over $100. He came out one day because my furnace would not kick on, supposedly fixed it... $100. Days later, had a cold morning; turned on thermostat, waited several minutes, furnace did not go on. He came out, gave it a cleaning, said it was all set... another $100. Hadn't had a cold morning for a couple of weeks, so didn't use it right away. Turned heat on one morning.... furnace did not kick on. Called a third time and said to the woman in the office that I did not want to pay for a third visit. Man came out, told me he would only charge me for a part that was needed... and why didn't he know this the first time? Charged me a $100. for a part that is really an inexpensive part. Screwed once again... by human greed.

TAG was great to work with. The called and showed up on time to fix out heating system. Very professional service. No games and no run a round. We will be using TAG from now on going forward.

They just installed a new reverse heat pump water heater yesterday for us, great company been using them over 15 years. Previously retrofitted our old house for Central AC, and I'm a few weeks we'll be having mini split heat and cooling unit put in our new house

I had TAG split a heating system into multiple zones at my place. They were in and out in 1.5 days and their recommended solution solved all sorts of noise and other issues. The heat (and hopefully A/C) is where I need it and not where I don't. Hope to see a $$ savings also. Also had them replace Dampers at my girl Friend's house. Not only did they replace the dampers, they discovered that the original dampers were actually small and didn't allow enough air flow through the system. With the new, correct, dampers the heating system is so quite you can barely tell it's on. Both installs were done perfectly and for a reasonable price. Thanks Tag!!!
7/15/2018 - Update......A/C issues are also gone. cold air is where it is needed.

TAG has done a couple of upgrades and fixes to our furnace and A/C systems. As with a number of our neighbors, I am very happy with the work, especially because they correct the mistakes that other companies made earlier. That means fewer headaches for us in the future.

I use TAG for all my furnace work for 20 years. Reliable, quick and quality work. The team that has been to my house are all professional and know from a lot of experience what they are doing.

We recently had central air installed including all new ducting and Tag installed quickly, cleanly and for a great price. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone else looking for good quality HVAC equipment installation.

I contacted TAG to repair our central air conditioning system. They have been very prompt and had a service technician at Our house to diagnose and repair the the problem within a day. The TAG service person was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable.

TAG Heating & Cooling has transformed our home and the quality of our lives in that home. When it was clear we needed a new furnace they suggested one with a heat exchanger. Our oil bill has been dramatically reduced. When we told them that our central air conditioner was not very effective (it had been an add-on many years ago onto our very old forced hot air heating system, a one-zone heating path) they suggested a Mitsubishi inside wall AC/heater for the connected upstairs rooms. Our bedroom, closet (a small room, really) and bathroom are served by this wonderful AC that I turn on every night for sleep in a reliably cool environment. Tom is fantastic! Kelly is amazingly helpful! Everyone is professional and friendly. I recommend them all so highly.

OH no! There is a blizzard coming tomorrow, I am traveling, my wife is home with the kids and she tells me there is water squirting from the temperature knob on top of my hot water tank! I said to call TAG, they have emergency service and this is an emergency.

Thank goodness she did. Tom was on the scene in less than an hour and he put a stop to the leak while keeping the heat on for the house. The tank had gone belly up and Tom was able to get a high quality replacement delivered the next morning along with a top shelf team of friendly technicians all working together like a well oiled machine. They finished the job by noon as the heavy part of the storm moved in. They even took the old water tank away and left the area around my furnace cleaner than it was before the disaster. Considering the urgent nature of this job, the cost was very fair and I even got a discount on the replacement tank that has a lifetime guaranty.

It's good to know I can trust TAG to be there when I need them. They did an excellent job at a reasonable cost.

TAG replaced our 48 year old furnace and installed central air. They arrived early and worked late for two days. Very professional and installed all components without any trouble. Today it's cozy and warm in our home on this wet fall day ! Thanks guys !

Tag services my System 2000 oil boiler; they have for several years, and are always responsive and helpful. This time, the tech assigned to my appointment called in sick. I got a call early to reschedule and was told someone would be at my home the next morning, and if that became impossible, I would be called.
I got no call and no one showed the next morning-my call to the office was handled well and a tech came early afternoon ( he was very good); outside of the communication snafu, I am happy.

Awesome experience with Tag. Our tech was Andrew. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I called on Monday and they came on Wednesday a day earlier then anticipated! They did NOT try to sell us unnecessary products he provided maintenance and recommendations on preserving the life of our AC unit. Highly recommend TAG
