I had a wonderful experience with Pro Home Appliance Repair Corp The team was professional skilled and very efficient They fixed the issue quickly and provided reliable service I really appreciate their excellent work and highly recommend them!

It is probably too early to post a review as nothing has been repaired yet. I called this company because they were the only ones who could come within a day or so but the service call for two items was short, expensive and only diagnostic. It remains to be seen how soon the two appliances will be fixed and how much they will charge.

THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

EDIT: They keep responding to negative reviews to say they have no record of the customer. I GUARANTEE YOU I AM A CUSTOMER.

TL;DR: Guy showed up 4 hours late, charged a $160 trip fee, then tried to charge me $750 for a repair that turned out to be $0.

Here's the full, super fun review that I'm not at all salty I have to write:

The technician (who isn't actually employed by Pro Home, but is a contractor of some kind?) was supposed to show up between 11am and 2pm. At 2:30, when I called the office to make sure we were all good, he hadn't even left his first job of the day. He said he would be at my house by 5. He showed up an hour after that.

So at 6pm, he set about repairing my dishwasher. He couldn't fix it because he needed a replacement part. He'd have to check the price, see if he had it, and get back to me. Okay, NBD, totally understandable! The next day, he texted to tell me that parts + labor would be $750 for my $2,000 dishwasher. Yikes.

A bit of research later: Turns out it's a $700 dishwasher, not $2,000. (It came with the house, so I didn't know offhand.) And the part he quoted was $120, not $500.

That's some bad math.

Oh, well, at least the $160 trip fee identified the problem for me so I could buy the part myself. Wrong again! That part was completely fine. The problem was actually a super common issue with this super common brand. You'd think he would've known...

I looked online and fixed it myself for $0.

I'd give negative stars if I could.

There are 2 dead giveaways that the reviews are fake (in addition to the terrible/nonexistent service):

1. The reviewers are writing in marketing language, not real, human language. Kinda subjective, though. Maybe they're still fine...
2. Each reviewer has EXACTLY 1 review on their account. This one. For this company. That's the smoking gun, baby.

Seriously, companies have tried to hire me to write fake reviews for real products on multiple occasions. This is a real thing that happens. And this is why Pro Home has 4 stars instead of their rightful 1.

I had a great experience. The technician knew exactly what the issue was.

The TAG team installed a mini split heat /AC pump in our home. The job was installed soup to nuts in a fast and efficient manor. Great work from a great crew, all within budget.

Tom and his team were very responsive to my needs. They were clean, professional and very pleasant to do business with. I will definitely use TAG again for my future Heating and cooling needs.

Would not recommend... every time he walked through my door, it was over $100. He came out one day because my furnace would not kick on, supposedly fixed it... $100. Days later, had a cold morning; turned on thermostat, waited several minutes, furnace did not go on. He came out, gave it a cleaning, said it was all set... another $100. Hadn't had a cold morning for a couple of weeks, so didn't use it right away. Turned heat on one morning.... furnace did not kick on. Called a third time and said to the woman in the office that I did not want to pay for a third visit. Man came out, told me he would only charge me for a part that was needed... and why didn't he know this the first time? Charged me a $100. for a part that is really an inexpensive part. Screwed once again... by human greed.

TAG was great to work with. The called and showed up on time to fix out heating system. Very professional service. No games and no run a round. We will be using TAG from now on going forward.

Great experience from quote to installation. They worked with me to get the right system for my house and did not try to over sell me. Everyone who represented TAG was courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone!

We worked with Tom and the Tag team on an oil to gas conversion. They helped us navigate the process and offered guidance along the way. We found them to be efficient, responsive and attentive to the project and our needs. We would be happy to use them and/or recommend them for future projects!

They just installed a new reverse heat pump water heater yesterday for us, great company been using them over 15 years. Previously retrofitted our old house for Central AC, and I'm a few weeks we'll be having mini split heat and cooling unit put in our new house

I had TAG split a heating system into multiple zones at my place. They were in and out in 1.5 days and their recommended solution solved all sorts of noise and other issues. The heat (and hopefully A/C) is where I need it and not where I don't. Hope to see a $$ savings also. Also had them replace Dampers at my girl Friend's house. Not only did they replace the dampers, they discovered that the original dampers were actually small and didn't allow enough air flow through the system. With the new, correct, dampers the heating system is so quite you can barely tell it's on. Both installs were done perfectly and for a reasonable price. Thanks Tag!!!
7/15/2018 - Update......A/C issues are also gone. cold air is where it is needed.

TAG has done a couple of upgrades and fixes to our furnace and A/C systems. As with a number of our neighbors, I am very happy with the work, especially because they correct the mistakes that other companies made earlier. That means fewer headaches for us in the future.

I use TAG for all my furnace work for 20 years. Reliable, quick and quality work. The team that has been to my house are all professional and know from a lot of experience what they are doing.

TAG takes care of all of my customers and their HVAC needs. The quality of work is next to none and the guys are a pleasure to work with. I won't use any other company for my customers because I want to be sure that my clients are getting top quality work and I won't be getting any call backs. It is a win..win for everyone. Everything about them was professional--they responded quickly, counseled me on the best choice for my new oil burner, outlined the decision points, created multiple quotes, showed up exactly on time, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless! We recently had central air installed including all new ducting and Tag installed quickly, cleanly and for a great price. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone else looking for good quality HVAC equipment installation.

I contacted TAG to repair our central air conditioning system. They have been very prompt and had a service technician at Our house to diagnose and repair the the problem within a day. The TAG service person was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable.

TAG Heating & Cooling has transformed our home and the quality of our lives in that home. When it was clear we needed a new furnace they suggested one with a heat exchanger. Our oil bill has been dramatically reduced. When we told them that our central air conditioner was not very effective (it had been an add-on many years ago onto our very old forced hot air heating system, a one-zone heating path) they suggested a Mitsubishi inside wall AC/heater for the connected upstairs rooms. Our bedroom, closet (a small room, really) and bathroom are served by this wonderful AC that I turn on every night for sleep in a reliably cool environment. Tom is fantastic! Kelly is amazingly helpful! Everyone is professional and friendly. I recommend them all so highly.
