OH no! There is a blizzard coming tomorrow, I am traveling, my wife is home with the kids and she tells me there is water squirting from the temperature knob on top of my hot water tank! I said to call TAG, they have emergency service and this is an emergency.

Thank goodness she did. Tom was on the scene in less than an hour and he put a stop to the leak while keeping the heat on for the house. The tank had gone belly up and Tom was able to get a high quality replacement delivered the next morning along with a top shelf team of friendly technicians all working together like a well oiled machine. They finished the job by noon as the heavy part of the storm moved in. They even took the old water tank away and left the area around my furnace cleaner than it was before the disaster. Considering the urgent nature of this job, the cost was very fair and I even got a discount on the replacement tank that has a lifetime guaranty.

It's good to know I can trust TAG to be there when I need them. They did an excellent job at a reasonable cost.

TAG replaced our 48 year old furnace and installed central air. They arrived early and worked late for two days. Very professional and installed all components without any trouble. Today it's cozy and warm in our home on this wet fall day ! Thanks guys !

Tag services my System 2000 oil boiler; they have for several years, and are always responsive and helpful. This time, the tech assigned to my appointment called in sick. I got a call early to reschedule and was told someone would be at my home the next morning, and if that became impossible, I would be called.
I got no call and no one showed the next morning-my call to the office was handled well and a tech came early afternoon ( he was very good); outside of the communication snafu, I am happy.

Awesome experience with Tag. Our tech was Andrew. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I called on Monday and they came on Wednesday a day earlier then anticipated! They did NOT try to sell us unnecessary products he provided maintenance and recommendations on preserving the life of our AC unit. Highly recommend TAG

My A/C was not working and the temp was going to be close to 90 that day. I called Tag at 8:30 AM. I was not an existing customer and expected them to tell me they could fit me in 5 days from now Instead, they were at my house by 1 PM. Andrew had the problem diagnosed, fixed, and my A/C cooling my house in less than an hour. Honest, competent, and fairly priced. Best service from an HVAC company I have ever had!

Woke up to shower before work and had no hot water, called the company who services our system and that was a mistake. Missed a day of work and no resolve, reached out to Tag that afternoon and scheduled for the following morning.
Excellent technician who systematically diagnosed the boiler until he found the problem and fixed it immediately giving us hot water again. Very Polite start to finish and extremely professional, had the parts to fix it there and then with no wait or wasted time.
They did the original install of our Kinetics System 2000 and AC system as well.

They will be servicing our system from here on in, I learned my lesson.

We had a Mitsubishi mini-split installed; our first air-conditioner. The installation went very smoothly and was completed in less than one day. The installation was very clean and neat. We now love the unit and it makes the first-floor endurable during the hot weather we have been having. We are very glad to have it.

I was very impressed by the honesty, punctuality of the company and their professionalism. The workmanship was outstanding and how they cleaned up after each job. We had TAG replace our 40+ year old boiler, water heater and install a chimney liner. They were excellent to deal with at every step of the process. Getting the quote was painless and all of the workers were professional and went above and beyond to make sure our heat was back working as quickly as possible.

Great work, very professional. We had a new high efficiency gas furnace installed. They started the work on the scheduled date, finished it in the two days they said it would take and left the basement cleaner than it was before the work was started.
We have had the new furnace over 2 months now, it is working perfectly and the gas bill shows we have gone from using a "normal" amount of gas to an "efficient" amount as compared to neighbors.

Tag performed the annual tuneup to my water heater to get it ready for the winter. They also offer a discount if you pre-pay for this service. They are great about sending reminders about the appointments. Everyone I have ever dealt with at TAG are friendly and very professional.

TAG Installed the high efficiency furnace and American Standard A/C unit that was installed in my new house in 2005. We had some issues with the furnace over the years and they serviced it until the warranty expired in 2010. They then told us they wouldn't provide service in NH, but after we found them in a trade show in 2016, they told us they would service the product they installed. In May of 2017, they once again provided service to us in NH and came out and provided preventive maintenance on our A/C and Furnace. We were generally happy. This spring we started receiving post card reminders about our need to schedule service. As we have been very diligent about preventive maintenance, we attempted to schedule that service and were given a somewhat argumentative response from the person on the phone that indicated she had no idea who we were or why we were calling, despite our long history with TAG. My wife scheduled an appointment for a Monday and the woman we called promised to call us back to confirm. That never happened. We ended up calling again to confirm and were told that the owner ""doesn't provide service in NH". So, they installed it, they serviced it for several years, but now they are not standing by their previous work. I can't recommend this vendor as they didn't stand by the product they installed.

Responding the Vendors Reply. The vendor actually only serviced for 5 years, after-which we were forced to use Wilkins Mechanical for 5+ years. It was never our understanding that our 2016 interaction was to negotiate a one time visit, if it were, we wouldn't have been receiving post cards for follow up service and we certainly wouldn't be so upset. "Call me anytime" is what we were told at the end of our visit. If it was one time, we would have been spending the winter and spring selecting Sanford or another vendor.

Thank you to TAG for making a confusing process easy. We just replaced our oil furnace to a gas furnace. They explained all of the steps to converting to gas and made the entire process smooth and painless. Their work was excellent, and our house was left spotless at the end of the job. Absolutely amazing experience with TAG! Everyone from Tom, to the office staff (Kelly) was incredibly helpful. It was such a smooth operation replacing my boiler and oil tank. When installing an AC system in our house that has never had central AC Tag was very helpful in offering us several different designs to meet our needs. After looking at several configurations that Tag offered we settled on whole house mini-split system. Sean was great creating a design that met all our requirements, including positioning all of the exterior elements in the back of the house.

The installation went very quickly and efficiently including some difficult connections that required threading the hoses and wiring up through the attic to reach two front bedrooms. The workers were polite and wore masks whenever working in the house. They cleaned up as they went.

We had used TAG five years earlier to install a high efficiency gas furnace and were very happy with their work then and are happy again with the AC install.

TAG replaced my ancient furnace in 2005 and have been servicing my house ever since. They are prompt, reliable, courteous, fair in pricing and go above and beyond my expectations. I recently found my furnace was without power at 10pm and Tom personally came out and stayed until 1am, not leaving until it was working again. They don't take my business for granted and are customer service focused, a rare thing these days. Highly recommended!

Just before Christmas we lost the heat exchanger to our furnace so we called TAG and they came out that day, inspected the furnace and had a quote to replace it. The next day they sent a tech with the new furnace and had heat by the end of the day. They have a good customer service base and the tech was professional and quick. Highly recommended.

Like to give a big thank you to Tom, Kelly, and his staff. They all did a great job getting our new system installed especially with the urgency of getting it done. Al and his partner did a great job with the installation and took the time to explain things and where they were in the process. I started using TAG a few years ago when they were recommended to me and won’t go anywhere else.

From the start, TAG was a pleasure to work with on our boiler and hot water heater replacement. Kris and Kelly on the front end were responsive and friendly. Sean was very willing to answer our many questions and provided us with a clear and easy to follow quote for services. When the time came for the work to be performed, Al and his team (both of TAG staff and electrical contractors) were on time, efficient with their work, considerate of our home (particularly important during COVID), and cleaned up daily after work completed. The overall project was completed as quoted, cost and time-wise, and we are so far thrilled with the new system.
