Their name says it all, they are among the most trustworthy contractors out there. I am consistently impressed by the work completed by Trust Contractors and am grateful to have them as a resource. Having overseen multiple projects completed by Jean and his team, I can say they consistently prove their work to be exceptionally detailed, clean and fairly priced. They not only listen to the scope of work that I request but offer additional suggestions to help us reach our ultimate goal with the project. As a licensed real estate broker with a decade of experience, I have worked with and recommended many contractors - I've seen their work outperform countless other contractors and will continue to call them first. The range of services they provide is impressive given how well each item is executed. I will continue to recommend and rely on their services for as long as they deliver the quality work I've come to expect from them and I do not expect that to change. Also to note is that they have never changed their price from the original estimate to the final invoice (unless additional services were added on.) They are true to their word and go above and beyond to maintain the trust I've placed in them.

Jean and his team at Trust were committed to completing our home reno (installing outside siding, gutters, new windows and doors; installing interior lighting and painting; remodeling three bathrooms; converting bedroom into walk-in closet; installing new flooring; and refinishing garage interior) and ensuring everything was exactly as we wanted. Jean maintained constant communication and was easily reachable throughout the job. When issues arose, as they will in construction, he took responsibility and addressed them quickly. We were impressed with the reasonableness of quotes that were always honored and we were never charged additional or unexpected costs. The team at Trust became family and we are exceptionally pleased with the final product.

Absolutely horrendous electric company. Sketchy practices, extremely high bills, even when you've unplugged everything in your residence and haven't been there for weeks. Also, who asks for a $200 deposit on electricity? Go with another company who knows and understands good practice.

Had a tree come down on my power line which caused the poles to lean and the wires to sag. The company/owner immediately called me back to confirm the issue and schedule a time. The next morning the crew showed up on time and straightened the poles in the expected timeframe. The crew was very pleasant and professional. Would definitely use these folks again.

My plow truck driver backed into one of my parking lot lights and did significant damage. I called McDonough Electric, who have serviced my lights in the past, and they promptly sent up 2 workers who repaired the damage and reconfigured 2 other lights that needed repair also. Their work was prompt and high quality. I was very satisfied with their workmanship.

It's been over a month living in our house with a half-completed job and zero communication about when they whether they're coming back. (We've called probably 5-6 times and left voicemails). They disconnected our furnace since they were "coming back later this week" — no big deal in July, but now it's getting cold at night and we don't have any way heat the house with two toddlers living in it. Thank goodness for warm blankets! I would not recommend Revise if you're looking for a contractor through Mass Save.
