Best nursery in the area. The others have staff that are gruff and dismissive. This jewel has folks that are warm and very helpful. The nursery is much larger than it appears in front.

People are friendly and material is good and plants and such are well taken care of and atmosphere in side makes ya wanna tuck yourself in light a fireplace and take a nap nice cute cozy place. Love it

Great selection, the displays are always beautiful & the prices are great for some more rare plants.

Great local nursery with excellent selection of flowers, shrubs, and stone work for the eager DIYer. Livye the cat too.

Just tried to return 4 fences (poor quality stuff that broke with wood cracking and nailed joint coming off during install) and two perennial plants (that shrivelled and cost $25 each. Here is how it went, the person at register checks the receipts handed to him, which he confirms and the next thing is he asking how i am paying.. totally shocking that the receipts and dead plants did not wake him to the fact thay I was not there to buy dead plants and why i was showing hin the receipts. Next even greater shocker, he refused to refund making up excuses i.e. fences were 70% off alreadg when sold, i bought at the price tagged and there was no discount on the item - i had paid full price as printed. The perennial plants were not refunded with surprising no refund policy on perennials.. Where is that included in their refund policy. It is a horrendous experience where i spent $200 this season only to be disappointed with their lackadaisical staff and surprises in how they deal with refunds. Total rip-off!!!

Winter review- first time visitor, nice selection of plants and all you would need for plant decor. Eileen is a hidden gem here, she knows her stuff and is so kind and helpful! They pot your plants for free if you buy the plant and pot from them, great perk! All around friendly staff that made it a great experience.

Horrible, absolutely awful staff. I visited the shop last week to pick up some flowers. A guy who said his name was Ben, was rather dismissive and when I asked for help he refused. Instead, he went to talk to one of his coworkers instead.
Well, to be fair he was the only horrible one. Everyone else on staff was rather nice!! But I feel bad to give a one star review, it just left a sour taste in my mouth. He didn't look like much of a approachable person either to be honest.
He was also rather rude to his other coworkers, making fun of them. He called one of his fellow cashiers stumpy! He also liked to be condescending by calling his coworkers children even though most of them looked to be the same age as him. -
Great selection of plants, herbs, natives and trees, landscaping supplies, you name it. My garden looks good so far, plants are thriving.

So, my mom recently died and I came there to buy flowers because it was so close to my house. The store is beautiful! They have a cute little cat, the nice girl with pink hair informed me her name was Callie, and she was the sweetest! Absolutely friendly little thing. I wish I could give her ten stars alone!
But, I'm sorry to say I'm not impressed with the staff. Now, I don't mind waiting in line if there is a line but there wasn't. Two cashiers were standing off to the side chatting. I mean, one of them even noticed me but didn't make any move to ask if I found everything okay or if I need to place anything at the front while I look around more. They just kept talking, and the taller guy kept looking at me like I'd kicked a puppy.
Then from behind me the third cashier came rushing forward, apologizing profusely as if I would be mad at her! I for one am in no way mad at that bright young lady, but I am quite miffed at the other two standing and talking around. If this is how a business is run, I'm worried for the future. Of course, I don't blame management. I mean, with three cashiers I'm sure they're doing all they can. -
Large garden center on the outskirts of Bedford. On one side is several acres of trees and shrubs. Perennials and annuals are centrally located. On the other side is hardscaping including flagstones, cobblestones, and mulch. The indoor part is open year round and contains houseplants, seeds, tools, and fertilizer. Three goats, koi pond, statues. Highly recommended.

Great place, highly recommend. Whether you're a 'fancy' plant parent, or old school gardener. No matter what you like to grow, you will appreciate the beautiful plants, displays, and the quality items available. We'll be back for sure. 🙂

Abhinav, a new staff member of NE Nurseries Inc., was very helpful yesterday with a mini-greenhouse I purchased. He assisted in disassembling it so it would fit in my car.
I also purchased a new pair of pruning shears and a fern. We also purchase their mulch for our gardens. Their prices and quality of items are unique. I recommend it highly to anyone looking for a pleasant experience browsing their grounds and gift shop, and greenhouse. -
I had two dying plants and no knowledge of how to take care of them. Elaine helped me a lot. She showed me how to re-pot them, take care of them, and more. It is a great setup too and everyone was extremely nice. Highly recommend!

I liked this place. They had some really cool unique plants. But nothing was labeled. There were section with names like "monstera" but that was about it. Nothing I bought there was labeled except New England Nursery ". I found a Callisia Repens Turtle Vine. I was commenting on how beautiful it was and how it was called a Turtle Vine. They called someone over to confirm it was a turtle vine. She said it was not but she had a turtle vine. She walked me over to a string of turtles. I was beyond disappointed. If she was wrong about such a common plant, how could I trust anything else she said? And the was their plant expert. Was this why there were no plant labels? I was irritated. It was expensive too. I went to 4 different nurseries and this was by far the most expensive with the least amiunt of knowledge. The staff I encountered were friendly. And the plants were healthy.

They got right to work... and were reasonably affordable.

DO NOT USE! TRASH COMPANY! CARELESS EMPLOYEES! The employees do not care about your property or belongings, they will blow rocks and dirt all over your vehicles leaving chipped paint everywhere and a dirty vehicle. I emailed pictures of the damage done to my vehicle and a woman said she was reaching out to a local detailer to fix the carelessness of the employees. It has been over 4 months of emailing and calling and get no response back. TRASH! TRASH! TRASH! I had to leave a 1 star rating in order to post this.

All the time I hear them at 8am in a condo complex where people live and sleep. They make a ton of noise for an hour and then leave to run over to the next place.
They were here Monday and then are back 2 days later again at 8am to use air blowers to blow a tiny pile of dust around the parking lot. As I write this I’m watching a guy blow air on a completely empty sidewalk. Not even any clippings or dust.
Inconsiderate -
The owners of this business like to yell at their customers. Heard the yelling and threatening first hand. Couldn’t believe it.
-
Stay away from this guy. He basically ripped me off - claimed to have installed something and didn't install it. Probably just counting on it not being worth my time to sue him, which is probably right...but I can leave a bad Google Review. The owner of the company has no integrity. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

On three occasions their drivers failed to use their signals and retaliate when honked at last I checked 1. A horn is a safety device and 2. An I signaled turn is unsafe. I. Honked my horn at one because they couldn’t hold their lane when making a turn with no signal. Another time the driver made a slow exit with no signal and they gave me the finger when I used my horn as I passed in both cases I simply used my horn no rude gestures or words exchanged. If this is how their so called “professional” employees behave I will not use their services and take my business elsewhere. 👎🏻👎🏻
