I highly recommend this firm. Kevin provides excellent service and his workers are thorough and very professional. We appreciate the transformation of our house and KCB made it happen.

Please ignore the posted negative review. This is NOT the same company as in Quincy, MA. KCB of Belchertown, MA has painted our house in Amherst twice, and their work is excellent. Kevin and his crew are skilled and professional. I recommend them without hesitation.

KCB Painting did an excellent job on our home. The attention to detail was beyond anything we imagined. Kevin, the company's owner, is a great guy to do business with. Our 30 year old home looks 20 years younger!

Exceptional KCB Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning And Chimney Repair Inc service! The team promptly addressed my air duct problems, showcasing immense expertise in the field. Their swift resolution and meticulous approach to AIRDUCT repair are highly commendable. I'm thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency in fixing the issues.

My husband & I used several times. The last & final time they painted our house was early in the season, the house was apparently damp when they painted it, because it was not long before the paint started to bubble, and literally fall off of the house.
I contacted Kevin who suggested our house has major issues. I hired several contractors to look into this, I had moisture testing done on the house, I also had representatives from Benjamin Moore Paint come out after Kevin suggested the paint must have been defective.
Eventually, we had decided to remove our beautiful Cedar siding & replace it with Hardie Board.
When the siding was completely removed, we found our house was as dry as a bone, and that there was absolutely no issues with regards to moisture.
Do NOT use this company. Kevin is charming, but doesn't do a good job. Kevin, definitely puts quantity over quality.

I highly recommend KCB Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning, for dryer vent cleaning and repair. Noland did a fantastic job for my dryer vent service and provided exceptional customer service. They inspected the entire dryer vent system, identified a damaged vent line, and repaired it on the spot. My dryer is noticeably quieter and dries faster. I’m thankful for the careful work and attention to detail. I’ll confidently call again.

Everyone who I've interacted with from this company has been thoughtful and friendly, including when I have been panicking about mold. I originally called them out when I flooded my basement by overflowing my bathtub only a couple weeks after buying my new house. I wasn't even able to be there and they still came by and looked it over and gave recommendations for what I needed and only recommended what was actually necessary. Recently, I scheduled someone to come check in after that really torrential rain and getting more water in my basement than I have seen or want to see again and they were even nice about it when I called to cancel, because everything dried out so much better than I had dreamed.
I know I can be a bit silly and anxious And I really appreciate when contractors are not only competent, but kind.

Ryan, Abby, and Ed spent the better part of two days cleaning up the mold in my attic. Final results are great. I can now follow through with my whole home insulation upgrade. Thank you Servpro!

Quality work. On time everyday. Good price. The gentleman that did our work, James, was an absolute pleasure to have in our home each day while the work was being done. He took the time to explain each step making us comfortable as he moved forward in the job. Would definitely recommend the company. Ask for James to do the work. He knows his stuff.

Ryan and Tony did the duct cleaning at our home. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism, promptness and consideration. Both were friendly, courteous and explained everything clearly beforehand. When they left, you would never know they had been here except all the gunk was gone from the ducts. Ryan and Ed Worked efficiently as a team and got the job done fast. I could not believe before and after pictures of the duct work after they cleaned it in our home. They were unobtrusive and professional in their work. I would certainly hire them back again.

The majority of the work was done quickly and neatly. However there was a small area of existing water damage that wasn't done the first time. Servpro very happily came back and finished off this small area within a reasonable amount of time. I'm now happy with the job they did and the consideration the office staff gave to my concerns.
