Tony and Scot did a very good job. They removed flooring from 2 big rooms and hallway. When Tony came first time a week ago he said this floor needs to be removed because it is wet. When other people came after him and said floor is dry. Thank you Tony for a good catch. Thank you guys for a great job, really appreciate for your hard work.

What an experience. You can tell the owner Kevin really puts his heart into his work, and I can appreciate him really standing behind what he does. Debbie in the office is also a powerhouse. She runs the numbers and is refreshingly transparent and direct about making sure things are paid for on a timely basis. Understanding, but also honest and straight to the point. Everyone has a job to do, and it seems that each position has the right person and personality. If you're looking for a great team to be rescued by in your time of need, this is the one. Realistic timelines billing, and a smooth invoicing process. No grey zones.

Tony and Sean did a wonderful job of cleaning our very large two car garage. We had had a problem with rats and so it is now safe to use the garage. They sanitized everything including floors, walls, ceilings and all things stored in the garage. I highly recommend Serv Pro.

We had such a great experience with all of the Servpro staff when our kitchen flooded into our basement. The office staff was so helpful answering all of my questions and the crew, especially Tony, Ed, Nick, Amber, Erica, and Donovan were amazing with restoration and deconstruction from water damage. They came quick, were extremely helpful and friendly. We are beyond satisfied with the work they did and the service they provided.

Ed and Nathan were excellent at removing the mold we had in out attic. Very fast , efficient and effective. Clear and concise communication every step of the way. The initial Qoute was very reasonable and the lady who came out to inspect and build the route answered all my questions. I expected a much higher cost for removal, thankfully I was wrong. Nathan and Ed kept the area contained, cleaned up the area completely and if you have a mold issue If you guys are reading this you should go with this company. Thank you servpro, Ed and Nathan!

I hired Servpro for a mold remediation job and had a great experience from start to finish. Mark inspected my basement, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was very responsive when I reached out with follow-up concerns. On the day of the remediation, Tony and Sean were professional, courteous, and did an extremely thorough job. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend Servpro of Hampshire County.

Tony and Scott were fantastic. They took the rest of the stuff out of the basement, cleaned . My computer desk got damaged by the water and took me downstairs and showed me. They were very pleasant and I am very pleased. If friends need you I will be sure to have them call you.

You don’t want to need them but, if you do, I can recommend Servpro. They responded to water damage promptly and effectively. Can’t say enough good things about Amber! We had an unfortunate packing mishap and they owned the mistake and corrected it. Professional and pleasant interactions with Kevin. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again (and hope I won’t ever need to!)

Tony and Jacob just left my house. They did a great job mitigating the warmer damage in my basement and removing any parts of walls and floors that were waterlogged.. Tony, the crew chief, was personable and respectful and knew exactly what needed to be done. Thank you to Tony, Jaco, and Esteban.
In addition, Amber, the project manager , kept in contact with me throughout the process and accommodated my special requests.
I will definitely use Servpro to complete the restoration of my basement. -
Erica and her team were awesome! It sucks to have them come mop up a mess but Erica and her team were amazing - pleasant, respectful, hardworking and very professional. I would highly recommend the Belchertown team!!

Project Manager, Amber, and Workers, Tony & Estaban were all professional during every step of the process of restoring my finished basement following flooding. Being an artist, I was devastated to discover that most of my oil paintings had been affected by the water and subsequent mold. In response, they treated this issue compassionately and even took the time to discuss with me how at least some of my work might be salvaged.
As far as the general mold clean-up itself, Amber was detail-oriented about outlining what the steps of the overall project ahead would involve, and communicated with me effectively. She answered any questions I had. Tony, especially, explained what each next step he was about to undertake involved, and addressed any queries or concerns. He was also very patient and personable, taking time to explain processes and occasionally joke around. I always trusted that what he said he was about to do next got done as stated. Tony, with whom I had the most interaction, is hard-working, capable, and knows his job very well. I would heartily recommend SERVPRO for anyone looking for similar restoration following flooding. -
i had a chemical spill in my vehicle which interacted with other solvents and created a chlorine gas. It was bleach tht initially spilled due to someones irressponsibility . Serv pro came right out and evaluated . The smell was burning my eyes tearing and causing reactions to a person like myself with autoimmune diseases. serv pro did a biohazard detailwhich is what was required. The leak seeped to the floor boards those were cleaned too. Very bad spill. I instantly felt better when they were complete and i returned into the car. I was so appreciative as i had appointments, work , etc. and no more symptoms. They were patient and answered all my questions. They specialize in all detailing which makes them stand above the rest. They are truly a life saver, truly. The chemical would not thave cleared without proper treatment . It just made me very sick.

Found a leak in my kitchen cabinet. After calling a plumber to fix the leak which was behind the tub in the bathroom and filing a homeowners claim I called Servpro. They worked with my insurance adjusters to determine what was necessary to restore to original condition. Remediation was quick and thorough
I love the remodeling team, Lou and Zach. They restored the kitchen cabinet to previous condition as if it never happened. The bathroom had to be gutted and they did an excellent job on the remodel with the money allotted by insurance. I highly recommend them!!! -
From start (oh no, our cellar is flooded and it’s Sunday evening!) to a clean, beautifully restored cellar at the end of- all of the people associated with ServPro were fabulous. Professional, timely and incredibly helpful. Really hope not to need their services in the future, but in the event we do- they will be the first call! Thank you Megan, Lou, Bob and the rest of the dynamite employees!

I had my bathroom done by servpro, great service, respectful, on time. Meeting Lou and his helpers made my day better knowing my bathroom will be done right!! It looks like a brand new bathroom!

We had a spill. We called ServPro of Hampshire County, MA and our call was immediate handled by Daniella. Within a day a representative was sent to the house to estimate the work. Our home is forty miles north of their location. We received a written proposal by email and a crew came to do the work. All done and completed professionally by phone and in person. I highly recommend Kevin and his team.

They did a full master bath remodel. The tile work was sub par. The tiles don’t sit flat and in the same plane on the walls. They fixed some but said there wasn’t much they could do because the tiles were warped. To which I asked why did you use them and not reject them? The shower floor is grouted with 2 different color grouts, some with the white grout from the walls and the rest with the grey that was supposed to be on the whole floor. When I pointed it out, the guy just said “I hate grout”. The sheet rock and joint compound work was also sub par. Replaced sheet rock is not flat which meant the glass shower panel doesn’t match the contour of the wall and joint compound work which was supposed to be “ready for paint” was far from it. I, the painter had to redo most of it. Then there was the constant mess. On the bright side, the guy who did the woodwork did a great job.

CCI did a fantastic job on our bathroom to make it handicap accessible. They worked with us to incorporate our existing cabinetry and lighting, then installed a roll under counter for me in my wheelchair, and a roll in shower for use with a shower wheelchair. Shower controls are placed where I can reach them, built in shelves for soap/shampoo within my reach, as well as grab bars so I can maneuver the shower chair... Everything is well thought out, and the craftsmanship is excellent. We could not be happier with the experience from start to finish.
We highly recommend Colonial Carpentry Innovations for your next remodeling project!
CCI has also supported our Casey’s Cruisers Walk Team to Defeat ALS ... so they are good people too!
